Oh yeah, I heard over the news that Russia sent out a list of demands to US and NATO, some analysts are pondering it might prelude to a full/partial invasion of Ukraine.
They will not do it. It is just political bsit is all about the business
I dunno, when Russia annexed Crimea a few years back everybody thought it was just fooling around. Fast forward to today, Russia still controls Crimea.
They will control Crimea of course. If I am not mistaken the status of this place was kind of 50/50% anyway.

The only thing that Russia can do now is just to scare the western nations that they will attack Ukraine they have nothing else to play with apart of Gas, Fuel and military actions. They just want to be re-assured that NATO will not enforce the Eastern parts of EU towards Russia. There were already talks about it and Biden actually agreed on some parts of it.It depends where's the 50/50 at, de facto it belongs to Russia, de jure the world believes that it still a part of Ukraine, much like how most of the world believes Taiwan does not exist as an independent sovereign nation.

Mostly it is happening with private landlords. Now what we are seeing is inverstment companies coming over and taking over the whole market where normal people could buy properties, now they cannot, because these investement companies are willing to buy off the whole estate, very often giving more what the asking price is
Wow, someone got rejection because his nomination certificate for OINP has expired few days before they have submitted the application. Correct me if I am wrong but they are valid for 6 months, so that perosn had 6 months to submit the application.
