True but there's absolutely no reason why IRCC should reallocate resources to FSW while there are still CEC files which can be finalized in 1/5th of the time (15 months vs 3 months).
If they go full steam on CEC, it will not last beyond February (leaving few complicated cases). I guess its the right time to split resources evenly between two program so that CEC is completed sometimes in early April while there is also some movement in FSW. After that full speed on FSW till it is completely gone.

x10 that to approximate the rate when CEC backlog hits zero and resources are reallocated to FSW&CEC&PNP, about 5-6K / mo. Still gonna be pretty slow for outlanders.
The only limitation is their processing of re-medicals. From what I am seeing, they are taking too long to process that because they do not have enough people to work on it. They should come up with some simple tests to rule out VDs/TB/AIDS. Those will be simple tests. If someone passed health check in 2019, and is young like below 35-40, it is unlikely they will deteriorate so fast. Ofcourse they can take a declaration from candidates with a past expired medical check on that. That will allow them to speed up processing of FSW.

This assumes there won't be any new CEC draws. With Canada shutting down again now, there's a serious chance they'll go for another round of inland CEC draws lol. Not gonna hope too much now

Copied from Mandate letter:

Establish a Trusted Employer system: Fraser is being asked to work with the Employment Minister to establish a Trusted Employer system for Canadian companies hiring temporary foreign workers. In addition, he is being asked to improve the Global Talent Stream of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program (TFWP) by simplifying work permit renewals, upholding the two-week processing standard, and establishing an employer hotline.
I actually don't feel the need of such a stream.

Most TFWP will convert to CEC after 1 year.
However two-week processing standard should be upheld for sure.

I mean, it’s not a one-way ticket and the cultures are very different. Social hierarchy plays a huge role in East Asia and many can find that depressing.

Is Canada going to do something to help people from Kazakhstan? Hoping for an expedited PR pathway

I was hoping to get the PPR by the end of January.
But with the shit show that is Canadian pandemic policy, and IRCC's first week performance, I would be happy to get by the end of first quarter.

Hello guys. I will soon need to cancel and re-upload my EE profil. Is there a way so I don't have to rewrite everything? Thanks for your answers
