Hi All, am in a dilemma. My son, who is 6, had his remeds done with myself as the main applicant and him & my spouse as the dependents. Now the issue is, the Canadians are asking why isn’t my son covid vaccinated. I’m based in a European country where kids his age aren’t eligible to receive vaccinations. The doctor who carried out the medical exam told me that he received a “reason for not being vaccinated” form from IRCC which mentions only two reasons “ 1. Parents do not want child to be vaccinated”
“2. Parents dont want to vaccinate child for religious reasons. ”
In a nutshell, none of the two aforementioned reasons are valid in our case. We can’t vaccinate our child simply because vaccines for under 12 yr olds isn’t available in our country.
how to tackle this @legalfalcon
Any suggestions would be much appreciated as we’re at the fag end of our application…
I can't help buddy unfortunately. Do you live in the European Union? I think vaccine is available for kids under 12 in all EU countries. (or is going to be available very soon)

You can ask the panel physician to opt for "1. Parents do not want child to be vaccinated” and send a webform to IRCC listing our the official circular in your country.

Some of the online policies of IRCC are absurd and have nothing to do with reality.

Hi everyone!

We have remed passed on 30th November. But finally could upload new police certificate only today.

EE Profile expiring on Jan 29...
What do you think guys, should I renew my profile now? I mean, according to the pool distribution of November 22, there are almost 12k people above 480... So even if there are two all programs draw with 6000 people in January I won't be chosen with a score of 478.

Do you guys think there is any reason why I shouldn't renew my profile?

I sent an email to IRCC.CIO-BRCD.IRCC@cic.gc.ca email address. I get the below response. Does this mean anything?
