It doesn't seem like a good idea to spam that RFV email.
I am also CIO.
I think they are very clear about how to use that email.
Its probably coincidental that it worked for others.

No. A combination of batch processing, and pulling PPR data from self reported sources means that some days will have loads consecutively, and some won't have any. Just how it is.
I am worried they make it even more difficult to reach the ircc the same way they blocked outlanders from phone calls in 2019. I don't like abusing services.
Places like myimmitracker, reddit, and Whatsapp groups are self reported (the people there manually update their status on when their application changes and/or they get a PPR or COPR). Sometimes they report those changes late, or put in false info (like on immitracker)

Until they put out official communication stating otherwise, that page will continue to say CEC. Might as well save yourself the hassle and stop continuously checking it.
