Even if it will be NOC based draw，that will also be applied to CECs not just FSWs. This has been discussed a lot in the thread.

Why would it be applied to CEC? Rules don't apply to CEC. They pay taxes apparently, so they're entitled to special treatment.

I'm obviously being sarcastic. Yeah the NOC based stuff could apply to CECs as well. Remains to be seen.

I don't see how limiting some NOC will have an impact on points. Most higher points applicants don't work on NOC B jobs anyway.

Increasing age limit is basically impossible...

People will drop out of pool thereby reducing cutoffs. Most of Inland folks are in NoC B and thus wont be picked in All Program Draws

November/December is when I think IRCC would have alot of resources to start shifting focus to other categories

I worry nov dec will have less resources due to holidays.

Just use a completely empty Edge browser, it will work.
