weather forecasts and sources say that there is no rain for the next 6 months as winter is around the corner creeping.
OINP conducted a HCP draw yesterday which had my NOC, but my CRS is over the range of 463-467

Is it ok to reduce the CRS intentionally to meet the requirement?
My CRS can be reduced to 464 by removing my wife's IELTS completely. Will it be treated as misrepresentation?
