we have a contract letter and also we can get refernce letter from that company. so what should we write in employer box our name or company name?
I had a similar scenario. The company should give you a reference letter stating you are "permanently contracted" to them as a Data Analyst since (start date of employment). Include your contractor agreement as well as invoices submitted (a few month's worth per year of employment should suffice) and proof of tax returns.

In the EE form, select self-employed.

How about they stop all immigration from India for the next 15 years to allow other nationalities to catch up?

Something is not right when over 80% of new immigrants are coming from one single country.
Mate sorry my post was my sarcasm on JT's double standards and also criticism on Lambdas. On your beef, unfortunately India and China are the most populous countries and hence they both contribute the largest to immigration inflow into most western countries. I'm Filipino myself and I hear this criticism of my country folks over populating. Let us not turn this forum for such racist talk please.

1 Country with 200+ languages and cultures. We are inventing a solution for a problem, when there's no real problem in this case.
So you see no problem with Indian landlords renting only to Indians?

Nothing racist with wanting a more balanced immigration system.

When the large majority of immigrants are coming from one single country it's no longer immigration but invasion.

We are seeing right now the impact of having massive numbers coming from one place when immigrants start bringing internal disputes from their country of origin to Canada.

I'm all for multiculturalism, diversity, etc, but that ceases to exist when one single country is the source of the majority of immigrants by such large margins.

Regarding India and China being the most populated countries, just because there are more of them, does Canada also have to have more of them?

Do our demographics have to reflect global demographics?

India sends only 27% of immigrants/PRs.

For my own research, I want to know why did you say 80% are from India?
But, it feels like 80%. Coz, not a single hour pass by without seeing 10 Indians or someone who like Indian every day. Its like they are everywhere and it has created an illusion that Canada is occupied by Indians. Sometimes, even as an Indian, I get confused between Pakistanis and North Indians, Srilankans and Tamils, & Asians and North Eastern Indians. I cannot tell who is who.

Ah man! I hope now Modi does not stop sending wheat flour and basmati rice now. Had a lot of trouble last year and this year. I HATE non-Indian rice, it never feels right in texture and taste. And flour.... Less is said the better. Get ready for some pricey food again if you eat Indian food!
At least, prices of Basmati rice hasn't gone up. Right now paying twice what I paid for a 20 pound rice bag. And my mom and wife wanted me to throw the rice away as it does not taste like the brand we used to get previously.

As an Indian, I fully agree with your statement. Recent events are a perfect example as to how the Canadian government has fucked up the multicultural experiment. Immigrants are not expected to bring their trash from their home countries. Canada doesn’t expect assimilation but integration. Integration cannot happen when you bring in too many people within a short period of time. I think it’s time for everyone in Canada to wake up to the fact that mass immigration without integration is a disaster.

I get the feeling is because while Indian immigrants are only 30% of the annual numbers, the vast majority of international students are Indians. People have started conflating international students with immigrants. When you combine both, it feels like that there are a lot of Indians in Canada.

Indians are overstaying though. Several Indian international students are staying in Canada undocumented and they work under the table. I have personally seen certain students do this. If you look at the asylum claims statistics of Canada, Indians are among the top asylum claimants. Let’s admit the truth. We Indians are not as great as what we would like to portray to the world. We are the same as everyone else. Our shit doesn’t smell better than others and no matter how much you see the so called patriotic NRIs in Canada bitch about the living costs and life over here, most of them will never even entertain the thought about leaving Canada to go back to India permanently. They all know that it’s a shithole. The reality is that it isn’t the obligation of Canada or any other western country to provide jobs and a better life for our youth. We fucked up as a country and our young don’t give a crap about staying back and are looking at every opportunity to get the fuck out.
What reason are they using for Asylum? Pathetic and lame to use asylum route.

I think the target of 1 million per year is too low. If they want to be an economic and political superpower they need at least a population of 150-200 million by 2100 to compete with usa for world domination.

This is not even geographically feasible because Northern Canada is not habitable and food cannot be grown over there.

It would be a mistake for Canada to increase its population by so much without a proper plan.

I constantly read in online forums many Americans complaining that their country is overpopulated and that their quality of life would be better if there was less people.
