My guess is the low level employee who posted this copy pasted from the announcement from last week and forgot to change the cutoff score to the new one
Two scenario:
1- They have not conducted a new draw
2- they conducted and the crs is a typo
I see the second option more probable
Cuz the draw number has changed (#238 )
And the tie breaking time has changed as well
That's what is on the IRCC release:

If more than one candidate has the lowest score, the cut-off is based on the date and time they submitted their Express Entry profiles.
They have even updated the crs distribution tables
There are only 2600 candidates over 500
How come the score is 507!
unless 3000 new profiles were added to the pool in just two days before the draw lol
So the theory that 3000 profiles may be added in past two days is cancelledCRS distribution table is dated 18th Jan i.e. today itself
Even not sure if that table is prior to OR after draw numbers. Earlier the table was published with figures 2 days before draw.
