I do not have Government Issued Employment Contracts . I have contracts from my employer, I have company's registration papers, also my payslips - while again for over 4 years I was being paid in cash in USD and I do not have any bank statements for that as well. If you could get your SINP nomination without providing any government issued document as they mentioned, then cheers to Canada for providing such vague information on their websites.
I feel like I am asking a very simple question, something must be wrong here that everyone is turning up against my posts. I feel some guys here shit in their pants when they see someone mentioning about work experience proofs, as their work experience coming out of their uncle's company and that's why they turn against anyone touching this topic.
Yes, I can avoid over complicating it and then lose another 350 USD and my time on Canadian immigration system. Easy and not complicated at all.

I've told you guys that the immigration conversation will begin very soon. He just stired the waters and although most Liberals as usual come to the rescue opposing that diversity if what makes us strong and who we are, you better believe that when the conservatives take the power, those levels will decrease considerably. This is the kind of diversity Lambda colleges and Tim Hortons burger flippers nicknamed "skilled workers" produce. You get 70% of the immigration from just 5 countries out of 195 in the world. Yup diversity.
Also, one of the reasons Canada is on track to welcome 600,000 Ukrainians by the end of the year with open work permit, which the immigration media doesn't talk too much and the Liberal government is using to balance immigration out because it is too weak to really talk about diversity. You know because, someone, somehow will get offended.
In 2025, immigration will become a hot topic during the elections and I am pretty sure that it wont be in favor anymore.

That's almost funny, because of all provinces, I have heard the most negative feedback about Quebec. Almost every immigrant I have talked to says that Quebecers are the most racist towards immigrants.
It's still a bit far into the future but I hope if/when a conservative party comes into power things don't get worse for immigrants already over there in Canada.

We have to define what "racist" really means, because everyone seems to have his/her "own" idea/opinion of what the word racist means.
For the ones already in and who do integrate and blend within the Canadian culture, nothing will change whatsoever. The others who come and stay the same, those are the ones that it is/will be hard and probably racist wherever they will decide to settle.
You are asking for a lot of feedback with this comment, mostly negative I'd imagine. If I were you, I'd simply delete the message. We understand your plight to some extent, but at the end of the day, this is your application and whatever actions you choose or not choose to take, is completely on you. Perks of adulthood. Hope you get your nomination and subsequent ITA.
Do you not think that if public sentiment erodes towards immigrants, the average Caucasian Canadian will give two hoots about your assimilation into their country, we will all be labeled as the troublesome foreigners (worse for people of color), even though we may contribute more than the locals.
This narrow minded classification of immigrants with a broad stroke is what I would consider to be racist, how would you define it? (Tones can't be perfectly conveyed by text, I'm asking to genuinely understand your point of view)

This is perfectly the reason why immigration should be in small and controllable numbers.
If its 1% of the population per year, its not if it will erode, it is when it will. Thus labeling almost every immigrant the same, no matter where they came from or how they came and what they did to arrive. It will make no distinction whatsoever, because a few bad apples will define the whole.
Simple example:
It took Germany and Japan almost half a century to change the perception of the world towards them through hard work and keeping their head down. As comparison, if Russia continues its war in Ukraine, it will take decades for the world to change the already formed perception towards them.
Thanks bro. Oh yeah could be, but I am not a keyboard warrior, so I leave it as it is. People can share their comments. This forum has been more than helpful for me many times before. But this time I felt like some guys are getting annoyed by me for no specific reason, and perhaps I have touched a topic that they don't like to talk about.
You need to understand why Canada needs such big number of immigrants, I am sure they are not doing this out of the goodness of their heart.

I'm just saying that it is in numbers completely out of proportion to be integrated naturally into their country and culture, most probably not the ones they are seeking/wanting, lacking absolutely in diversity, and lastly, in my opinion, not even staying where they would want to.

I just received on my CIC account a letter asking for a police certificate:
"Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate since 2020/11/08, not required if country is Canada"

Your signature says AOR as 08 Oct 2020 but you say AOR 08/11/2020 which is Nov.
Anyways this request seems like they want PCC for your stay post your AOR as there has been significant time between AOR and processing. Many people do not get PCC request for time after AOR. But seems like they want one from you. Instruction seems to be clear that they want PCC after 08/11/2020.
If you want to provide all PCCs and that makes you feel better do it else doesn't seem like it is required.
