thats not for smell. its to protect the clothes from accumulating creases or losing its crisp-ness. also good for when you need to bring a suit somewhere and want to protect it from getting dirty
Possibly but it works wonder for smell too. Their clothes always are immaculate. No stain, no odour. Everything is immaculate till the lunch break and then microwave oven spills all the beans.

I think the destruction started after the second world-war

I should mention that I did fail economics in school

You must also have failed history because baby boomers came literally right after WW2, from 1954 to 1964. Boomers' record high purchasing power was due to the world economy booming with global trade after two world wars, rise of industry and mass production, and people turning sick of fighting.

I heard it is very difficult to find a job for mechanical engineers but it is not impossible if you're putting some effort.

If I am you and have some money to spare I will spend on a Canadian credential which will give you a slight advantage.
Not to mention you have to be really patient and persistent.
If you are very good you can try for P eng also

I am also looking for some course related to my field, please elaborate P engg. Production or project ?

P eng means professional engineer ,you will be considered as an engineer only if you have that (It is basically a license exam ) and it is tough ,many companies ask for that especially for mechanical and civil engineering

Guys, for translated documents, what should I send to IRCC ?

original document + translated document
or
original document + translated document + certified photocopy of the original document (stamped by the translator)

translated document + certified photocopy of the original document (stamped by the translator)
this version for sure. why would you send original ones to IRCC? they won't return the documents.

Poll Results: 50% Canadians encourage diversity, different cultures keep language etc.
Kangaroo Interpretation: Westerns will answer yes but they mean no. Source: Trust me bro Im white

It's 50-50 as you see and the voters' ethnicities aren't disclosed, but it's not hard to imagine first or second generation non-western immigrants would vote for more diversity. You can always go live in liberal immigrant zones like ON to close your eyes to facts: Foreigners who aren't born in the west can never be westerners.
