Hi fdelliot2, I’ve been monitoring your profile and we both have the same timelines as to getting updates, like GU on January 22nd and also medicals extension on February 14th. However, I didn’t receive ADR’s it could be because my AOR is February 8th, 2021. My question is do you know why your eligibility is review required? Cause I have requested for GCMS notes but I haven’t received them. Will be waiting on your response. Thank you

That's true IP2. You'll either get an ADR or PPR within a week!

Does anyone know it's ok to have the Background Check status “We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.” since AOR and throughout all these years with no changes to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check" or "Not Applicable"?
Could it mean that I just missed GUs with status changes?

When did you submit your ADRs? I submitted mine (just schedule-A) on March 8th and my medicals were declared 'passed' on March 11th. No communication since. May 2020 AOR. Security still hasn't started as of today.

Were you asked for remed or did you do remed by yourself?

You will need to request GCMS or call IRCC to know how long your medicals were extended for. You cannot know the expiry date of your CoPR until you receive it but it is tied to your medical expiry or passport expiry - whichever is earlier.

Send a webform telling them your address has changed. Also call the VAC office in India and explain your predicament. I think you can pretty much send your passport to your nearest VAC office, but best to confirm.

It might be that our files are gathering dust because we're in false IP2 and the IRCC officers are incorrectly reading it as real IP2 or something.

yes, VAC is same as VFS.

It has to do with my duties, NOC code and pay. An analyst flagged it for review and I discovered it shortly after in my GCMS notes. I got another letter form my employer with more details and hope that will answer their questions, but we shall see. Definitely nervous. For the last three months I have been requested GCMS notes every two weeks. Still waiting on most of them.

Okay, I wish my GCMS notes will come, I’m so tired of waiting. I really want to see what’s going on with my file

I live in the USA and my VO was Montreal according to my GCMS notes last year august but with the latest trend I think it might have moved.

@wonderbly Do you know generally when they extend the medicals, how long they extend for ? My profile has updated message with Medical exam passed on March 30,2022. Also, is there a way to extend the deadline for submitting the passport ? Because once the CoPR is stamped then extending that valid to date would be tough.

When are you returning to India and getting married?

Will go to India in two weeks. Marriage in 18 days. I will have to plan something I guess.
