I don't know how long it will take for the backlog applications to be processed, but it looks like the new ones from October 2021 and on are maitaining their 6 month average.

PNPs seem to be their priority atm, considering there're no even CEC draws. I wonder what's the reason.

Not particularly.

According to the last memo, the All Program draws would be placed on hold until March 2022 because of the inventory. We had a PNP draw on March 30th.

Curious to see how many applications were processed in March though because they made a killing in the first two weeks.

Not to spread panic but adding to that I think NOC based draws are also a reason behind it

Hi all,

I have been a silent observer of this forum for so long.. Now my patience has left me.. This is my timeline so far.. No idea where the hell my file is stuck.. Kindly provide any insight on my case..

PNP - Ontario
COR - India
AOR - 13th July 2020
Medical & Biometric passed - 3 September2020
ADR 1 and ADR 2 - 4,5 September 2020 (Completed Immediately)

Ghost Update in December 2020

Long Silence...

Medical Expired July 2021

Upfront Remedical - 23rd February 2022

No update in medicals field even after sending the webform and emails till today..

also applied for GCMS notes in September 2021.. Not received yet..

Heard that the backlog for EE FSW/PNP is around 40000 now.. Hoping this includes my file...
Also they updated processing times to be 22 months for PNP... I completed 21 months.. does this even matter??

Any insight will be helpful...

You’re waiting not too long, I’m from October 2019 and no PPR yet. Concentrate on your life and be as present as possible.

Hi, thank you for your considerate reply.. Do you have any idea how to know the Visa Office and how to connect with an agent to get such info??

I suggest trying another GCMS. It’s clearly not first-in-first-out, hence worth a try. Maybe order it through a different channel. Plenty of people got it within 1-2 months recently.

I finally got my CBSA notes ordered in Jan. I still didn't receive the notes from IRCC ordered at the same time. Good thing I applied for both at the same time to see which one comes first. Anyway, from what I see, the movement in our case was triggered by the email to the local MP. Prior to that, the notes just kept saying on many lines "due date pushed to 30 days" even after having everything passed. Imagine that! They just kept sitting on it as they couldn't be bothered to send a request for updated PCCs, Schedule As and Remedicals. All of which expired because they were sitting on the files in the first place!

Might be worth a try to write to the MPs to speed things up for those waiting for a long time.
