Very low possibility because of one simple reason ;) They have a huge quota for the next two years ;) If they will not be inviting people, then people will not land there. ITAs ARE NOT EQUAL to target quota

It wouldn't take two years to change the system. It's just the matter of giving addition score to certain NOC. It's only a policy matters so it doesn't need to go through parliament, would probably take about six months to finalize the details and roll it out. If we were in this hypothetic world, we wouldn't see any FSW draw until summer of 2022.

Yeah mate great analysis. IRCC would forget about the gigantic goals of 2022 and just totally not invite any skilled people for half of the year. I mean they finish all apps in 2 months anyway so they can start inviting around July 2022 and can definitely invite 150k people and finish 110k apps in 6 months. Thanks man great analysis.
