If you believe that then you haven't seen all three of US, Canada, and Europe for long enough and interacted with their native residents in non-tourist circumstances. Both culturally and systemically, Canada is more similar to Europe (think England, Germany and France) than the US. This doesn't say Canadians are cultured like Europeans, they're not, but their way of life on average looks more like EU than US. Canadian cities that are in close economic partnerships with neighboring US cities have it differently though, Canadians there tend to act more American than European.don't they realize the US is the most similar country to Canada and viceversa?
