That car thing is by design in SG. They have no space for parking as space is at premium price. To counter that they do have very good public transport infra so most do not need a car (second hand info from friends).

But, I never wanted to move to SG as one of my friends had told me that in certain areas they would not rent apartments to certain nationalities. I do not want to live in that kind of country.
Singapore has everything except space. It is amazing how a small country has so much. I initially wanna move to Singapore if I was kicked outta US. The reason was so dumb. Its closer to my home and I could visit my family every week if needed and still enjoy the lifestyle of a developed nation.

Yes exactly. Did you get the entire results as well? I don't know if I should upload the entire report. I was thinking I should contact the health center to just provide me with the one page e- medical sheet
I am in the same situation. I also have the full report and the info sheet? Did you upload only the e-medical info sheet or the full report?

Yup, that's me. I was surprised to receive the PPR email given that I had to do a sputum test and a second x-ray. Seems that they continued to processes the app while waiting for the results. Although it wasn't the easiest case, it was pretty straight forward so maybe that had something to do with the fast processing time.

Thanks!

I never asked them so I'm not really sure. The additional medical request came from London medical office and the PPR one came from CIO. Is there another way to find the VO?

The visa office that processes the application sends the PPR. So in this case most likely application was processes at CIO. Not all applications are sent to Local Visa offices.

Easier access to medical license equals lower salaries. Then the best doctors will move to usa (alot already do) as top canadian uni graduates are allowed to practice in US. So their strategy is talent retention
Thats false.

General practitioners are paid a fixed per patient visit fee by provincial health plan. Thats it! Literally all hospitals are government owned and specialists working in them are again paid a fixed income. Given the crunch of doctors, having more is not a bad idea. In Canada, healthcare and all aspects of cost of healthcare are dictated by the government.

Oh, and a lot of good Canadian talent is attracted south at their graduation anyways.

Good evening guys. Is there anyone with the processing time for those that received ITA since the start of the draw in July?. Is the file moving fast as promised by IRCC for the new application submitted after the restart of the draw?

We just need to know how well IRCC is keeping to their word. Thanks all.

There's no way to know. They said they will try to bring processing times down. That's it. They are hiring I suppose, but it's not possible to get an estimate of how long applications will take. For your sanity, I'd assume that under the best of circumstances, you should expect a 12 month processing period. That's is less than half the current official processing time.

You can look at myimmitracker to get a timeline estimate, but:
1. The data there isn't representative of the entire cohort
2. Even if it were, what good would it do you to know that someone else's application got processed in 9.8753 months and yours didn't? It is literally useless and meaningless information.
