The backlog of PR applications is 639,500 and the targeted Immigration Levels Plan for 2022 is 431,645. I am just curious to know where the newly invited applicants fit in.
2023. Given 6 months processing time (which is funny), IRCC chose July to re start the draws.

I know what you meant, but to clarify, unemployment doesn't have to be in the preceding 10 years of your application for EE, as that is the only period you can claim points for.
IRCC does ask our 10 year history only, so what we did 10 years ago doesn't matter.

Our boy @ElvisRamaj will likely get it this draw. What's your score at right now?
Mine is 522 but I'll enter the pool a bit later as I am still collecting my PCCs from different places and also my previous employer was on holidays so still don't have a proper reference letter drafted yet. But surely, I want to apply well before the end of the year because of bill C-19.

Have you tried sending a random document (Schedule A, PCC - does not have to be a new one, PoF) that can trigger someone to look at your file? This has worked for quite a few people I know personally...
Yes,
Everything stages apart from the Eligibility has been passed, even the Eligibility was on recommended pass since May 2022.
I've sent fresh document this month and they've acknowledged it.

To play with the ITA with everything that's going on, I wish I had your level of confidence in life.

I don't think it's about confidence. I need police certificates from 4 different countries, need a reference letter from an employer who's still on vacation, and even some more POF documents. Considering you only have 60 days after the ITA, it's better to enter the pool a bit later with everything in hand.

Your documents needs to be valid at the time of AOR only, it doesn't matter if they expire a day after AOR so if I were you, I would have prepared all the PCC's, reference letters etc. in advance and just get new ones again if needed. You went to all the trouble of learning French from scratch and now you are willing to risk getting ITA, your confidence level deserves a salute.

I know that. But one of my PCCs got lost in the mail (and no, this country doesn't send it through private couriers), so I have to redo it. Again, it's not about confidence, I just know how things can go south when you're dealing with so many documents from different countries. I'd much rather enter the pool a bit later than declining an ITA. You may not agree with it, but then again everyone's situation is a bit different. ;)

Good luck bro but don't blindly believe that current draws will happen normally from now on, people assumed the same for CEC draws last year and now CEC's without ITA are being kicked out, even CEC's with close to 500 score are being forced to leave.
