Looks at the NOC, it's a 00 that too in healthcare, I doubt if the reference letter was adequate.

I use Skype. I call the number for Toronto Pearson International Airport, then it says for IRCC press 2 bla bla and connects you to IRCC. This is the number +1 905-612-5416

Did you guys see the 2020 AOR FSW guy getting rejection letter today from IRCC on Kubeir FB? Scary af.

Poor dude applied through an agent, was misled that pay stubs + offer letter was enough for claiming work experience. His eligibility was not started until recently (his latest gcms was from September 2021). Now IRCC rejected his application due to not meeting eligibility. No ADR no PFL, nothing. Heartless.

I saw it. The mistake was on his part. He made a big mistake of submitting an incomplete employment letter. Clearly misguided by the agent. He thought the offer letter was enough. No hours, job duties were mentioned in his letter which was required by IRCC. Adding paystubs is not enough because it doesn't confirm hours, so IRCC refused his application due to lack of proof for hours per week. The classic case for rejection. IRCC agent must have been "hard" af while giving refusal to this application.

Last one was in Dec 2020. No one knows when next will happen. Speculation is that score for next round will be high (500 or so is the guess). Seriously, no one knows when draws will happen again. Minister says "near term" but then minister is a politician...

Meanwhile PNP draws happen every 2 weeks, if you can get a PNP, it will be fastest way for PR right now.

Either apply yourself or hire an immigration LAWYER. For most economic immigration cases, you can and should do it yourself. Spousal sponsorship, complex cases, lawyer might be safer. Even then you have to personally verify everything before filing.

Even Spousal sponsorship is straightforward. Canadian immigration is literally easier than creating a g-mail account. I don't understand the rationality of folks using help for applying to Canada.

I have been in the FSW EE pool since September last year with above 500 points, and I'm impatiently waiting for a draw, but I think probably in June there will be draws.
