Barring another global pandemic or other 3rd world refugees needing salvation, I think all current post-AOR folks will get a decision on their application by the end of 2022.

Today my gf asked me ,"I can apply to Canada under pnp stream " .
My reply-even if you apply in Mars, you have a better chance of getting a reply but Canada, that is a battle I gave up dont fail where I failed .
Sad truth
Being born in 3rd world especially india compounds your problems ,you will atleast be 30-35 provided you are consistently successful inorder to have a decent life.with assumed life expectancy of 70 you already lost half life for absolutely nothing.

She surely qualifies but here is the issue my application is already in process and don't know what they are going to do with it ,even if she gets pnp she will have to wait atleast 2 years to get in Canada. Have to be in the province for 2 years will put it to 4

At the same time she can try Britain where she has her friends and get a pr in 5 years .

My main reason for telling her that was it is not a good idea to lay all our egg in 1 basket especially when the basket has a hole in it.

britain gives you a PR? really? I thought the at max you can work in britain for 5 yrs.

It depends on your occupation, if you are belonging to certain occupations above a certain pay ,you will get it.
For example my cousin is a civil engineer he is there for almost 7 years he is a British PR.
My another relative she is a nurse, she is in London for almost 13 years, now a British citizen.

The way the OINP works is that it can't go above the cut-off marks for the last FSW draw. Stupid policy, but seems like it's cast in stone. So yeah, unlikely that they will draw above the number, unfortunately.

i aint an IT guy, but i did find something from github which after a bit of research worked but it wasn't effective.

Getting all the content of the page is easy on a mac/linux its actually a one line command. I'll DM you the command becuause if I post it here and everyone tries it, the servers might crash.

The result won't be pretty, but atleast you'll have all the data which we can pretify later.

Also, doing this is risky, the server adminstrators would have implemented a few steps to prevent people from scraping data which is what we are talking about. So there is a chance that your IP Address will get blocked temporarily or permanently. So use it at your own risk.

Yes, unless you are common law. If your application is approved today, what's your plan for you both to stay together while you sponsor her?

If my application is approved today, I will apply a visitor Visa for her.once she get that and travel atleast once when she is inland will apply for spouse pr.

As you have seen it is tough to find a job In Canada so that lag is actually better no point in both of us getting fucked up once I set things up she can join fully.
