Based on the memo, Yes to both of your questions. It includes CEC and FSW and likely no draws for sometime. What does FHS workers mean?Do they also include CEC or only FSW?
If it includes both, then there won’t be any draw even for CEC.Am I right?

FHS = FWS + CEC + FST.What does FHS workers mean?Do they also include CEC or only FSW?

Looking at your signature, I don't even know if its worth going down CEC route. Don't really wanna spend money for PNP route but at this point...FHS = FWS + CEC + FST.
Says so in the memo on the first page.
No I just made the correction, in the previous post worded it bit confusing.Did they?? Wow. That is pathetic. And its coming from Democrats.!!! Wow..!!!!
PNP seems the “surest” bet at present, primarily because those draws won’t stop unless the provinces demand it so.Looking at your signature, I don't even know if its worth going down CEC route. Don't really wanna spend money for PNP route but at this point...
Haha I will never hate IRCC as much as USCIS. You guys are lucky, I was there under Trump administration. I got my offer revoked because of this. I got so pissed and I came to CanadaNo I just made the correction, in the previous post worded it bit confusing.
They instead of stamping opt for example I put my opt date I got the card before that and my ead starts from the date I put in my ead application.
Now
For the new students they are getting the card with 3 - 6 months delay guess what USics will make your OPT start after that date that means you cant work.and essentially you are loosing 6 months.
I heard it is a case in court. Many in my uni got screwed up.
IRCC will not extend employer-specific WP.I will be really really surprised if they don't extend their work permit because what ever we say they are doing a job for a buisness and this businesses will face severe labour shortage if they leave. So if it have some microscopic level of common sense he will extend.
IRCC can issue discretionary open work permits should they wish. They’d just need to set some arbritary eligibility criteria for those wishing to convert from closed WPs to open ones.IRCC will not extend employer-specific WP.
There is no point to apply for another LMIA, then waiting for nothing by still sitting on a WP another 2 years. It's better to find other job and sacrifice by moving for instance from ON/BC to NB/NS but to begin the PR application.
The world is getting closed but most of the places you mention are transparentWorld is becoming more closed. Look at Australia, NZ, now US and Canada. I still have suspicions over the Germany program. It is what it is
I came during trump administration, honestly he didn't mess me up.But my friends got really fucked up.i was lucky to get a job related to my studies in a fortune 15 company so never had issue regarding extensions.Haha I will never hate IRCC as much as USCIS. I got another job but lower pay and no sponsorship. That offer was golden
Thats worse too.No I just made the correction, in the previous post worded it bit confusing.

I think it will depend on the number of factors: 1) What to do with inland people?; 2) How much of backlog will they clear?; 3) Can they continue working on the pre-pandemic level?Do you guys really think IRCC will not conduct any draws till June and sensibly clear the backlog?
I think they mentioned June 2022 in the memo because anyone invited after June will most likely not get PR this year so they will count towards next year's target which sounds logical but I don't trust IRCC at all.
Much worse for me. Trump policy directly affected me and my ex. Our relationship went into pieces months after she was pushed out of US due to Trump hiring freeze. My life wudve been better if she had stayed with me.Haha I will never hate IRCC as much as USCIS. You guys are lucky, I was there under Trump administration. I got my offer revoked because of this.
