Yes, that's what the concern is.Well you are short a year (obvious because of dates) and short hours so it should be rejected.
Thanks for your suggestions.

To be eligible you need one year of CONTINUOUS skilled work in one NOC. I don’t see any continuous employment in one NOC.Hi All,
I have a query related to my NOC. The story is long so kindly bare with me.
I completed my Graduation in 2012 and after that i started preparing for my MBA entrances (that's a gap of 2 years). I started my MBA college in 2014-2016. Passed out with a job which started on 1st July 2016. to 28th Feb 2017 (Sales job with a different NOC code).
I left the job and came back to my hometown and got another job after 6 months of struggle (that's another gap) on 31st Aug 2017 and worked till 10th March 2018 (NOC 4163).
Landed up with another job from 27th March 2018 to 16th July 2018 (NOC 4163)
Found a new job on 27th Sept 2018 and am currently working with them (NOC 4163)
Now I have a few queries :
1. Will my gaps affect my application?
2. Do I have 3 or more years of work experience with one year continuous work ex in one job?
3. Do I have to show reference letters from all my ex employers or will a reference letter from my current company be enough?
Please guys help me out here with my query it'll be really helpful.
My current company? I have been working there since 27th Sept 2018.To be eligible you need one year of CONTINUOUS skilled work in one NOC. I don’t see any continuous employment in one NOC.
Counting all the jobs even if they are from different NOCs? Also, do I need to provide reference letter for all the companies or just the one I am working for right now OR, reference letters from all the companies pertaining to that particular NOC (which in my case is 4163)Ah, you have too many jobs. Count up the months and if it is three years then it is 3 years.
You can have different NOCs. Your current job is your primary NOC. You need employment letters from all if you are using those jobs to equal 3 years (for the points).Counting all the jobs even if they are from different NOCs? Thanks you!
Oh Great! And what about the reference letters? If you could shed some light on that as well. You can have different NOCs. Your current job is your primary NOC. You need employment letters from all if you are using those jobs to equal 3 years (for the points).
What about the employment letters? You need them for all the jobs if you are using it in your foreign work experience profile.Oh Great! And what about the reference letters? If you could shed some light on that as well.
I have the employment letters right from job offer letters to relieving letters, salary slips, etc. I am talking about specifically the reference letters which have those main duties and stuff enlisted. For that, do I need to show that for my current employer or all the ex companies? What about the employment letters?
