For EE, You can use the NOC if you have a university degree & your duties match the NOC. You just may not be eligible for some PNP programs because a license/designation is required. Assume you have a degree.

Thank you, but I had completed my university studies at that time. I got my results, I was waiting for certificates. So from the date of Provisional certificate am I eligible? or from the date of degree certificate?

You can use experience following graduation.

From which date they consider my graduation, after the exam date or degree certificate date?
You are overthinking this. If for EE-FSW, it really doesn’t matter. Up to 3 years of experience is counted & if you have one year, continuous skilled experience you are eligible. You can use work experience during your studies.

Hello Everyone,

I saw this post regarding Foreign experience.

Can anyone help me.

I have applied for express entry profile and have 448 score with 1 YEAR CANADIAN WORK EXPERIENCE.

I also have INDIA WORK EXPERIENCE which is as follows :

Company 17 December 2015 - 17 May 2016702 Hours ( Only Counting 30 Hours/Week)
Company 223 May 2016 - 30 November 2016828 Hours (Only Counting 30 Hours/Week)
1530 Hours Total

I'm not sure if I can Add this experience.
Although my working hours were 45 hours/week.
Will this be acceptable or not.

Can anyone suggest me.

Thanks

No, You don’t have a year and you are short total hours.

Thanks,

But my friend has same profile and he has shown experience with 27 October 2014 - 8 October 2015 with 1 Company only. Which accounts for 1494 Hours if I go by 30 hours/week but he still got points for it. I don't if the system has calculated this considering it is only month specific not date.

It may be rejected but you said your friend did it.
Yes, but he is still in documentation stage. He has given medical, PCC from India but hasn't got AOR yet.
Doesn't have a COPR with him. If that would have been the case I would have also gone ahead.

Well you are short a year (obvious because of dates) and short hours so it should be rejected.
