Hi,

Included spouse in FSW to get 67 points.

Is it possible to not include her to boost CRS points for EE ? Any explanation to be provided for same ?

She is currently in Canada though on Open WP.

Thanks in advance.

You can make your spouse non-accompanying and you can tell the real reason for that, meaning that you don’t have enough points.

CIC officially allows that.

Thanks, however do I need to send her back once I get ITA and move forward with process ?
As far as I know, your PR application in no way interferes with her status. If she is present in Canada legally, she can stay there.

Once you get PR, however, you will need to sponsor her so that she can get PR as well

I thought that you had to include her as accommpanying if you need her to get the 67 points. If you remove her and drop below 67, then you no longer qualify for EE. Maybe I'm wrong but that's how I thought it worked.
