Thanks, will try for that. However wondering how come same format and content is accepted as job offer in express entry for my colleagues ? Is express entry valid job offer criteria different and relaxed than PNP ?

In essence it says that letter is not as per program guide and need to mention word "permanent". As I'm on ICT hence my company will give permanent role offer after PR only.
