Changing NOC Codes WP and EE

Hi,

I am on NOC 0125 from past 1 year in Canada as ICT.

As there is good overlap of responsibilities with NOC 0213 hence want to use that for my new EE profile ( I already got rejected once with NOC 0125 in PNP).

Will it raise issues with CIC/ VO ? Any letter of explanation will help ?
