FSW : UCI number tracking

Dear all;
I have applied for the FSW program under the quota. But the y have returned my application set mentioning the quota is over and try with another category. Also the qualification assessment report (ICAS) wasn't there too. I have re-applied with my UCI number. The question is that I could not able to track my application with this number (online).
Can someone advice me regarding this issue.

Are they sending PER or NER notifications via email ?

This is because there is not information kept about you or your
returned application as a result nothing will appear.

If you've a positive feedback from CIC,you will be able
to track with your UCI#

Has you application been received or the< hav returened it to you?
I made bank draft payment, and they returned my application stateing no fee was received ...
I made re-submission vith a credit card payment this time, and I am wainting for their reply

The returned application is for the last year application. They have returned with the draft. Thefore no issues with that. But the problem is with my new application. Its now more than six months old and it was expired in the last month. They haven't encashed either.

Can you re-submitt your application (of course this means you will need to have another pair of original doucumentation - such as ECA report, police certificate, bank statements ....) ?
