Hi guys,
So currently I am in the pool for FSW express entry (fingers crossed they restart draws soon if borders open next week) and I have my wife as an accompanying spouse.
Currently we live in Ireland but because of work reasons she'll have to relocate to back to South Africa for a few months. We lived there previously for 2 years.
Just wondering if we get a ITA and I am in Ireland and she is in SA how will this affect our police certificate requirements? As you need to get a certificate after you leave a country or one dated within 6 months of the country you reside. So basically I can go ahead and get my SA police cert and Irish police cert now in preparation for SA but just wondering how it would work for her if shes in SA at the time of ITA. Would the canadian immigration expect us both to be residing in the same country at the time of ITA?
I find the whole thing quite complicated so would appreciate your advice
Thanks
