Hello,
my common law partner and I are applying through express entry federal skilled worker. We have everything ready to go, but we are just waiting to have the right amount of settlement funds ready before we can submit.
I was wondering can we use overdraft limits towards our settlement funds, as they are technically available to us. For example, if I have 1k in my account, but a 2k overdraft, can I count that at 3k towards my settlement funds?? or is it only current assets that I can count??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
We have lived here nearly 2 years, so we have already been settled that long, but our first 1.5 yrs were working in restaurants, so dont count as experience towards our FSW. its very annoying!
