I have heard from someone about this forum and i need your help in regards. Please help me to submit the new application around 1 week of NOV. will i be in ? i hope not hitting the CAP of NOC
 
what is your NOC ?
 
could you please also advise about:

- we have family of 3, how much funds i need to show in my bank account: ?
- is it mandatory that my spouse should have ILETS too( i am primary applicant)?
- i am not working from last 3 years , but i have 4 years of Exp ? will this work.?

-No. But if you want to claim 5 points then your spouse needs to take IELTS. Minimum of 4 band score in all category to claim 5 points.
-Yes, as long as the 4 years is within the last 10 years. Just provide employment reference.

I would suggest it would be better if your spouse also gives IELTS , its better because you will have more points and will be on safer side.

If you have four years experience that is fine you should get 13 points for that

cool :) .... regarding the reference letter...is it okay if i get the reference letter made and signed by my immediate manager because my organisation does not provide the description of my JD on company letter head relieving letter?

No it does not.

The advantage of such is that they will fill up your forms and save you time.

Generally a lot of people do hire consultants , because they are experts , they have done that before and can check small details.
