u have to score for 67 points. if u wait u will get otherwise ur application will be rejected. so its better to wait to get additional points. its clear that below 67 is un eligible to apply.

Dear qorax,

while filling schedule 3(economic classes), i have one query that while giving your work experience details, how to describe times where there are gaps. i.e suppose you are unemployed or not working for some time. then you should write under occupation "UNEMPLOYED", or leave that time period.

for example a person has following details:
from july 2009 to present ......... working with company XXXX
FROM JAN 2009 TO JUNE 2009 ............... WORKING WITH COMPANY XXX
FROM JUNE 2008 TO DEC 2008 ........... UNEMPLOYED

AND SO ON

HOW TO WRITE IT IN WORK EXPERIENCE COLUMNS OF SCHEDULE 3

It is better late than never. U may need to wait for one more year or so 'cus once your brother lands in Canada..probably by september this year then by that time qouta may possibly be finished for application in your category. U can than only apply once new qouta period activates. There is no point of sending application when u r sure about lack of points

I dont think they will ever exclude Doctors from their high demand list.......so you ve a profession which gives u a meverage to wait till your bro gets his PR card..only than you will be able to claim relevant points..till than you will ve acquired more work exp as well...hopfully this NOC will take some time to reach its cap...otherwise u can apply next year...OR try to improve on your IELTS and get max 16 points with all high bands...will than get u 67 points???

Hi Qorax,

Can you elaborate a bit of this:

The Process in a Nutshell
Stage-1: [CIO stage] Send Initial Apps+Processing Fees to CIO-NS > Eligibility Check > Issue of AOR+120 days Letter >
Stage-2: [CHC stage onwards] Send Full Docs+RPRF to the Local Visa Office > File on Queue > e-Cas: "Received by Visa Office" > Qualitative Check+PSDEC > Issue of 2nd AOR > Background Check > Issue of Additional docs Request [if any] > 1st BF'D > e-Cas: "In Process" > Send Addnl. Docs > Issue of Med Request > 2nd BF'D >
Stage-3: Meds Sent > e-Cas: "Medical Results Recd." > Issue of PPR** > Send Passport/s > Security Check > Visa/s Stamped > e-Cas: "Decision Made" >
Stage-4: Return of 'Stamped' Passport/s+COPR > Landing at the POE > e-Cas: "Completed".

Stage 1 says issue of AOR+120 days letter, and Stage 2 send full docs+RPRF

What is 120 days letter? also from now on they ask for full docs at the first stage itself. Do we have to send them again?
What is RPRF?

This is in response to your PM.

As of date everything remains the same, except that now Stage-2 has been clubbed with Stage-1... u r required to send the complete docs to CIO-NS. Thereafter, your file is 'internally transferred' to your VO upon a PER [erstwhile 1st AOR]. The balance of work processing & timeframe, typically remain the same as stated in the referred post.
