i want to thank you for your nice support and good spirit.
please i need your urgent support as i want to apply under NOC 3131:
i applied last march but my application returned because of cap reached. now i'm done from preparing all docs for new application.
my question is: do i have a UCI? WHEN I RECEIVED BACK MY APPLICATION I NOTICED THERE ARE 2 CODE NUMBERS WRITTEN ABOVE MY GENERIC IMM0008 APPLICATION, ONE WAS T1112XXXXXX AND THE 2ND ONE WAS XE00001XXXX. WAS ANY ONE OF THESE CODES MY UCI? IF YES THEN SHOULD I WRITE IT IN MY PART OF NEW GENERIC IMM0008 ONLY OR ALSO FOR MY DEPENDANTS (WIFE AND 2 SONS) AS THEY WERE IN MY PREVIOUS APPLICATION.??
2) I HAVE 2 SONS (2.5 YEARS AND 4 MONTHS) BOTH DON'T HAVE INDIVIDUAL PASSPORT BUT THEY ARE ADDED TO THEIR MOTHER'S PASSPORT. IS IT OK TO APPLY? IF YES WHAT SHOULD I FILL IN MY SONS PASSPORT NUMBER? IS IT THEIR MOTHER'S PASSPORT NUMBER OR WHAT? IF NO THEN WHAT YOU ADVISE ME TO DO?
DO YOU THINK I'LL MAKE IT OR I'M TOO LATE TO REACH THE CAP UNDER NOC 3131?

1. Upon returning of your unsuccessful apps - it's File Ref. Nos. become invalid for a any new apps.
2. As per my understanding, CIC only accepts individual pps -- not being clubbed with the mother.
3. Whether u'd make-it within the 'cap' cannot be opined.

The risk of 'rejection' could stay till u get your PPR. However, once u get the 2nd AOR - it's considerably reduced... and further diminishes with every subsequent step of case processing.

i'm an august applicant under NOC 3152. My application was received by cic on the 9th of august. Up until now i havent heard from them, i kinda worried. Also, i found tht i send the originals of my birth certificate instead on a photocopy, will it affect my application?? please i need answers..

Hope you won't mind...How did you contact London VO..because according to your post they replied to your inquiry...

hi sir , i filed my application on march 31 . and recieved d file number on june 23 , how much more time will it take to get the whole process done ?? actually my elder son just did his grade 12 and i am worried about his college he takes admission here locally on temp basis . i am from india , punjab and i wanted to mention that we applied for his study visa in may because i was not sure of acceptence of my file. so did not wanted to take any sort of risk , he had 7 bands in ielts and 70 % marks overall in grade 12 but still his study visa got refused . will this effect our PR ? and how much time will it take ?

No one can really guess how long it would take to process your file. That really depends on how your file has been presented and your eligibility criteria.

If I were you, I would go ahead and re-apply for my son's studies in Canada, targetting those points that were missed the first time.

This wouldn't or shouldn't affect your PR process.

if u plz could u help me understanding something .... all my documents are recieved by the visa office cairo, Egypt in june 2010 ... still waiting n nothing happened till now !!! i checked the processing time yesterday n i shocked when i saw it's now 31 months cairo, Egypt ... it was 17 months!!
