hi guys ask ko lang sa mga na ka receive ng 2nd AOR sa manila visa office kung yung File number ba na narecieve natin sa CIO and dun sa Manila visa office na AOR eh same number pa din ba or nag change ba ng file number?

thank you very much po for your reply and pagwelcome sa akin. this thread will help a lot, since i do not have a consultant.i just read and read and follow it by the dot and ask too with some people. maraming salamat sa inyo...am having anxiety attacks and pagkaoc ko lumalabas ulit bec target ko maisubmit na by wed next week. i have a few questions :

1.) dun po ba sa notary yun ba yung regular notary na may subscribe and sworn and kasama yung doc no, series no, etc, etc? nagkaconflict kami nun secretary nun lawyer since ang pinatype ko wala...so we might need to redoit...which is which po ba? or just the certification of the lawyer with hisstamp and seal no will do...
2.) then my stepdaughther is turning 18 ( next mo ,first week ) by the time ma process yung visa baka hingan ako..so all the forms that require 18 years old and above pasagutan ko na din siguro to be sure.

need advice on this one please. will appreciate it , thanks! ;D

may i ask what were the questions in IELTS that came out when you took the exam if you can still remember? did you use IDP or British Council? how long it took you to get the results?

2 weeks yung result, Idp ako, anung question? listening, reading di ko na matandaan.Speaking, yung main question sa akin kung anung law/bill ang ipapass ko sa community ko(sana naging kongressman na lang ako, hehe) and will it become popular? and why? followup question is IMO do you think policeman carrying firearms are necessary? How about role of female police? lastly, when do I need to see a lawyer.

sa writting ko, the letter is about the goods that I bought and whe delivered it was damaged,explain the damage and what do you want the recipient of your letter to do. Sa essay ko sorry nakalimutan ko na.

i think the best proof of business will be dti, bir regs/payments, mayor's permit, sss payments and for common law relationships will be shared bank accts, shared ownership of properties, car regs and bills under both ur names, so far these are what i could think of right now....

I think written declaration from friends and neighbors na nagsasama kayo sa iisang house as partners na notarized will also be a good proof.

I've asked my consultant din before if isasama namin yung car namin na under bank financing, yun sabi nila wag na mga loans or liabilities baka kasi magiging questionable sa kanila

I dont think kailangan pa ng ITR, buti ka pa nabenta mo na property mo, ako nga eh nung 2007 na sales talk kami bumili ng condo so naka financing, ngayon for the past few months na we were looking for buyers eh mukhang mahihirapan pa kami maibenta. Pandagdag din yun sa settlement funds no.

Take ko na opportunity na ito ha....Anyone who wants to buy a condo na naka financing sa bank please PM me..furnished na and malapit pa sa NAIA located po ito sa paranaque.

sa akin since self employed kami, itr with recent financial statements as basis for networth
sa tingin ko isama mo na lang siguro para kumpleto na lahat

Kaso ang problem nya naka declare dun sa ITR nya yung mga assets and liabilities nya, tapos hindi nya idedecalre sa form nya yung mga credit cards and house nya, baka magka problema pa. Kung idedeclare mo yung ITR and mga loans mo, make sure na naka appear din yun sa forms mo para may consistency, but make sure yung cash mo sa bank eh enough amount para makocover kayo (of course depende kung ilan kayo).
Isa pa palang naisip ko na possible na problem kung idedeclare mo mga loans mo, baka tanungin ka kung paano mo babayaran loans mo kung yun money mo eh exact lang para sa inyong pamilya as settlement fund mo. Kung may consultant ka makipag brainstorming ka about dun sa issue na yun, anung pros and cons and kung di mo isasama yung ITR mo, enough na ba yung info na isasubmit mo.

kunsabagay tama nga rin, sa amin before, yung hindi namin gusto isama sa net worth di na namin pinasama sa cpa na gumawa ng financial statements namin, like yung car, pag sinama kasi kelangan pa supporting documents, like yung OR, CR, insurance policy, so ayun to lessen na lang the supporting docs di na namin sinama, importante lang naman dun yung cash for the settlement

ok din naman isama mo as long as kasama din mga supporting docs nya

and tama ka doc carl, may nabasa ata ako nyan before na naquestion yung liabilities nya if it will be taken ba sa money to bring when they will land na in canada
