hello guys i just received my positive assessment.. here are the additional details, CIO received: Nov26, 2010, BD encashed: Dec 9, 2010; PER Mar 2, 2011..

egad: congrats!! halos magkasabay yung application natin..

to all december applicants: your PER's are on their way na.. GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US..

in the Personal networth and liabilities.... did you declare your loans, creditcard balance?
In bank certificate???? did you declare only the settlement fund figures or more than that??? Just to know where to stand and some basis of comparison. many, many, many thanks

Mahirap sagutin iyan. Honestly, I avoided loans/credit card a few years back when I decided to apply for immigration. Not easy, but doable.

Goodluck on your medical ha!!! di bah you're being assisted by an agency, what about your PER email from CIO,naka cc ka ba or dun lang sila nag email sa agent mo then you were just informed by your agent?

bebe: sakin, sa canadian representative, and sa consultant nakaaddress yung email from FSW-CIO.. ako pa nag-inform sa kanila na may positive assessment nako.. haha.. exactly 6:44 am kanina dumating yung PER ko, 7:30am tinawagan ko sa cellphone yung consultant.. i think he's sleeping pa nung tumawag ako, their office opens at 9am.. ;D ;D ;D

I have a question: for those who received their PER, what's next? When shall I submit my NBI clearance coz I didn't include it in my documents? Do I have to wait for email? Thank u in advance...

to EGAD: do you have an agency? my consultant told me that upon receiving our PER, CIO will forward our application to Manila Visa OFFICE.. then we'll wait for their notice and instructions.. i think thats the 2nd AOR some of the members here is mentioning.. so for now, relax and savor the feeling of being eligible to have an immigrant visa..

at least kung ano lang nailagay mo hanggang dun lang titingnan nila

Sent na ng cic last friday, expected date to arrive in canada baka today. Sana makarating safely pati na rin sayo(precious cargo yun more than anything else for us, hehehe).

may i ask what were the questions in IELTS that came out when you took the exam if you can still remember? did you use IDP or British Council? how long it took you to get the results?

results are given 2 wks after the exam, ako i took the result sa idp makati after 2wks.

speaking part:

do u like flowers?
when do u give flowers in ur culture?
do you like to shop?
do u think online shopping will replace mall shopping? why?

writing:

money can buy u anything, do u think having much money gives happiness? (tipong ganito, i forgot na kc the exact words kc last july 2010 pa to basta it's all abt money)

you were invited to be the guest speaker in US conference, u have been told that u are to say something abt ur country.

so far eto recall ko. hope this helps somehow ;D

Wait for the embassy to tell her what she should submit. Complete application is not to be submitted again at the visa office. CIC will forward all her documents to Canadian Embassy Manila, then they will be the one to send an email called the "second AOR". After that, NBI, Medical request and Payment for PR fee will be required. So tell her to sit back, relax and wait for further info through her email Normally, one month of waiting for the second AOR

hi, just declared the settlement fund required by them for family of 5 ( cad 23thou i think? in my case) plus a little over 100thousand (in pesos) extra, then assets but not liabilities. ;D

i think the best proof of business will be dti, bir regs/payments, mayor's permit, sss payments and for common law relationships will be shared bank accts, shared ownership of properties, car regs and bills under both ur names, so far these are what i could think of right now....
