past 10 years, OK so i guess there's nothing to worry about, isn't it? anyway cc0802 FSW2 ka din so i supposed meron kang AEO. may i ask kun may consultancy ka?kasi ako Sept 2010 pa ako nag pass ng mga reqs ko sa IVC Immigrant VIsa center pero until now wala pa din ako AEO. Then kaw nareceived mo ang AOR mo Feb. may AEO ka na? i suppose. Thanks sa pagreply

Yes, sa pagkakaalam ko you have nothing to worry about basta yung experience mo is within the past 10 years and minimum ng 2 years. I had my AEO before I applied as FSW, pinadala ko yung Positive AEO together with my application. Employer ko ang nag process lahat. I hired the services of a consultancy firm

Hi guys! I just want to asked something about employment if you don't mind. I applied for FSW with AEO in September 2010. I've been here in the Philippines since July 2010 and still out of work since then because it's really difficult to find job here. Will the status of my employment be affected because I'm out of the field for 8 months? I know this question is quite ridiculous but i raised this query based from what my friend had told me that in "US, a nurse won't be hired if he/she was out of work for more than 6 months"(ofcourse i applied in Canada i was just comparing). Thanks

With regards to your friend's statement, it depends on what the person was doing the past six months. If the said person committed a crime and was in jail for six months, then that person would probably have a hard time being hired. However, if the said person stopped working in order to further enhance his/her knowledge through education, then that's a different story.

To those who already have their 2nd AOR, may I just ask-- what happened in between receiving your first AOR and the second one? Were you AND/OR your previous employers called by the VO for some verification? How's the background check like, if there was any?

same boat din pala kami...2004-2006 batch 6 nursing at DCLC...

don't wait for the "notification of rejection"...just wait for the "POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW (PER)"...according sa mga timeline nun mga kapatid natin here, it took them a minimum of 108 days up to 4 months to receive the PER. ;D ;D ;D

Ah matagal na ba GT...Lately q lng kc nlaman.. di kc ko nainform agad ng CIC agency ko plus na-QA nmn docs ko s knila...nweiz, take n lng agad before ko mareceive letter ng CIO..

Parang in less than a month lang yata from the time my employer applied for AEO nakuha na niya yung positive AEO. Siya mismo nag process thru HRSDC Services Canada. Then as soon as it was approved, pinadala na sa kin yung copy. My consultant has nothing to do with my employer's application for AEO. Can you tell me how you did yours?
