ask q lang kung meron ba dito na may travel abroad?

pumunta kasi ako last 2009 sa L.A. as a tourist, nag stay ako dun ng almost 6 months (5months and 27 days to b exact)....
DO I NID TO PASS FBI CLEARANS?

kasi nakalagay sa manual more than six months na stay abroad lang mag mag submit nang clearans....
m so confused.... ???

eniwi, m kind'a depressd because iv bin sending 2 times already sa FBI asking for my clearans pro isinuli nila yung request ko, for SAME REASON...... I DONT HAVE FINGER PRINTS..... strange?

yup i hav this auto immune disorder , iv bin searching 8 thru d net nd finally mga last quarter of 2010 lng nila na discover........(NAEGELI SYNDROME) according to research 1 out of 40million lng ang merong ganitong disorder....toooooooo BAD m ONE of them..... :-[
i dont SWEAT maybe dats d reason i dont have fingerprints.... i think dr must b sumthing wrong wid my sweat glands....

kaya nga very frustrating kasi iv bin explaining to the FBI about d disorder but i think hindi cla makapaniwala na my tao na wlang finger print...

grrrr....

now m planning to apply again sa FBI, pero ang problema it takes 3-4months bago ma reCv ang letter from them baka hindi na umabot.....
kaya m just wondering f kailangan ko ba talangang humingi nang clearans kahit hindi nman ako umabot nang 6 months (5 months and 27 days) .....

ask ko sa agency kung kelan nareceive ng cio yung docs ko, lately ko lang nalaman na importante pala yun.. yung sa bank draft, i called the bank last friday and i was told there is no way to trace kung naencash na ang bank draft.. sabe ko di pwedeng hinde kasi bank transaction yun so dapat may record sila.. pinapatawag nya ko uli pero sobrang asar ko di na ko tumawag.. update ko na lang agad yung data ko if ever..

Sa pagkakaalam ko, kapag more than six months kang nag-stay sa ibang bansa, tsaka ka lang dapat kumuha ng clearance doon. Para maiwasan ang mga tanong, maganda syempre kapag may FBI clearance ka. Kaya lang dahil sa sitwasyon mo, paliwanag mo nalang sa CIO na kukuha ka sana ng FBI clearance kaya lang hindi ka nila mabigyan. Maganda din kung maipakita mo ang medical report ng kalagayan mo at mga rejection letters ng FBI kung meron ka. Sana nakatulong ako sa pamamagitan ng pagsagot sa tanong mo.

hi..tanong ko lang kung kelan kaya malalaman kung ok ba yong pinasa mo na application? and kung eligble ba ung application mo?? ilang araw or months ba makakareceive ng notification of rejection?? or kung may kulang ba sa sinubmit mo??thjank you..

frankly,the way I see it,after first 6 weeks upon your submission of your documents you can inquire about the status of your applications.So,if you're under the cap already,missing documents or inappropriate filling up forms and BD statys9if you are using BD),they will informed you about it.

If you don't mind me asking, gano katagal bago ka ngka positive AEO? kasi un sakin until now wala pa 6 mos na. may firm din ako IVC Immigrant Visa Center

Parang in less than a month lang yata from the time my employer applied for AEO nakuha na niya yung positive AEO. Siya mismo nag process thru HRSDC Services Canada. Then as soon as it was approved, pinadala na sa kin yung copy. My consultant has nothing to do with my employer's application for AEO. Can you tell me how you did yours?

ang bilis ng sau. un sakin kasi un firm un nakikipagcoordinate sa sa employer ang tagal na nga wala padin ako AEO before ako magsign sa kanila(IVC Immigrant Visa Center) sabi 3 mos un AEO thru beneploy tapos after nun 3 mos din for the ref no. but until now wala pa din ako kahit ano. ang last update sakin is pupunta isang rep. from IVC sa Canada para alamin kun bkit nadedelay. so you mean un AEO mo naapproved agad ng HRSDC in less than a month? sino ang naghanap ng employer, ikaw o un consultant mo?

Hi there, regarding BD's, halos lahat ng gumamit ng ganung mode eh may kanyakanyang story kung pano nila nalaman kung naencash yung BDs nila. Hindi regular bank transaction ang BD ( if I may put it that way and please correct me if Im wrong) besides ibang currency sya. Yung mga branches talaga eh walang alam dun kung naencash na o hindi pa. Kaya Iemail pa nila yung main or kung anumang office nila na responsible sa bagay na yun na mageemail naman kung saan man yun.. hehe lost na ako. In short, mahabang proceso para lang malaman kung naencash na BDs. Ako it took me more than two weeks nung magstart ako maginquire sa kanila. Usualy kung complete papers mo after a week nageencash na sila or nagchacharge na sila sa credit cards.

My BPI bankdraft was encashed 4 days after CIO received my application but initially BPI informed us transaction took 10 days.

CB from New Delhi received MR, RPRF, PCC and PPR all in one!

To those who already have their 2nd AOR, may I just ask-- what happened in between receiving your first AOR and the second one? Were you AND/OR your previous employers called by the VO for some verification? How's the background check like, if there was any?

Is there anybody here na background check???

wishfull thinking lang ho, sana mangyari din sa amin na nasideline dahil sa GT IELTS lalo na si khai ( who had her PER already).

Pero question lang, pano kaya yun may PPR na pero imemedical pa lang sya, pano kung bagsak sya sa medical. Di kaya glitch na naman sa system ng CIO? Kasi naalala ko, yung iba sa ecas nila may medical receive na pero di pa sila nagpapamedical.

According to CB, it was sent through registered mail. Can it be that CHC is really doing a fast track? Paano sila magpapalit ng occupations in demand come July 1, 2011 if they have not finalized majority of the cases?
