Hi nursemich,

Sanka pala nagpamedical, pwede magrecommend ka if maganda ung DMP mo? I mean pag mabait/di strict sila. magpapamedical kasi ung wife ko and my 2 year old daughter sa 1st week ng march...ngapala, ask ko narin ha kahit 80% na sure ako...pwede ako magpamedical d2 sa DMP d2 sa Sultanate of Oman diba? sabi kc ng agency ko dati jandaw sa mga DMP sa Pinas kasi jan ang VO ko. actually may appointment nako on march 8 sa kanya, ask ko lang ung idea mo. and after pla ng medical exam, sino magsusubmit ng mga medical results sa VO? thanks

Hi el scorcho, sa Nationwide kami nagpamedical ni hubby, niresearch ko un bago kami punta and un ang pinaka ok based sa mga testimonies ng ibang nagpamedical na. Regarding sa pagpapamedical jan, I do not have a knowledge about having medicals not here in Phil, kaya sorry I can't give any info about that..

Hi liz, i think its me, hehehehe, no problem. I'll share my story, I had an academic IELTS dated dec 2009, and I applied for a doctors job in canada but after I submitted my documents they informed me na its for pooling only. After they released the MI in june, we decided to do a parallel application (we still have a pending application with my wife as PA), so I was already checking the CIC website and noted the GT IELTS. So, I told them about that and they said theres no problem, besides that our nurse who applied in 2009 had submitted an acad IELTS which she took in jan 2010 too and now shes in canada with the same agency. At that time also, CIO has not released the number of applicants. So were in the dark then ( we dont know how many 3111/3112 applicants submitted their applications), thats why we took the risk and submitted our file.

haha sa dami ko ng nababasa from the start of my interest on migrating di ko na matandaan kung kanino, I just noted of the story or info hehe

Hi el scorcho, sa Nationwide kami nagpamedical ni hubby, niresearch ko un bago kami punta and un ang pinaka ok based sa mga testimonies ng ibang nagpamedical na. Regarding sa pagpapamedical jan, I do not have a knowledge about having medicals not here in Phil, kaya sorry I can't give any info about that..

Good to know, hehehe, may ka agency rin pala ako dito. so, hows your agent? ours is okay naman, weve been with cic for a long time now, hindi naman nila fault yun. Ang tagal kasi ng processing ng immigration for canada. We applied in 2006 inshort nasa backlog rin kami. Ang naging problem ko lang is yung JD reviewer, but now I understand her thinking. Before kasi, I was insisting that Visa officers are not mindless and they will know everything about any profession. I was insisting that my clinic hours are not necessary info in my certifications. But now, i realize she was right. Since I am in private practice, I am not employed. I have to indicate in my certifications those clinic hours to meet the 37 hours per week requirement. Thank god, we followed her. (guys pasensya na sa TAGLISH message)

Hi, doc! We are in the same boat. I have a parallel application in 2006 (with CIC too, meticulous with the job description, but it helped coz i used the same JD in my new application, humapdi siguro ang mata ng CIO, more than 10 pages lang naman ;D)

Grabe yung stress ko sa cic consultant ko before, sabi kasi nya mas maganda pag sabay na lahat ng docs, natapos ko kasi lahat around mid aug eh and passport na lang kulang kaya umabot ng october, if alam ko lang ganun tagal umabot yung jd namin sana sinend ko na earlier yung ibang docs, pagsubmit namin ng passport dun pa nasimulan mag enhance ng jd at ng mga forms ayun umabot tuloy ng dec sa pagsubmit, worry ko pa na baka january pa nga isusubmit eh, kaya ayun nasubmit rin

in fairness ok talaga yung jd nila at documentation lalo na sa mga forms

worry pa rin ako hanggang wala pang per, medyo similar din ako sa inyo self employed kasi me sa noc ko

haay sana lang dumating na per namin at ok na ako dun

sayang, august ka pa pala dapat. yung passport mo november lang lumabas? or sa family memebr mo lang? akin, yung passport ng mga anak ko release kasi nun end of september pa, pero sumulat na lang ako para magexplain and inattach namin yung photocopy ng passport application. Pero, syempre mas makakampante ako kung makakuha na ako ng PER...overdue na rin kasi. BTW, yesterday nagpunta kami sa cic to submit my GT IELTS. Next week siguro on track na ulit kami.

I just want to make a rant about IELTS. For me, both Acad and GT are the same. Its just a money making scheme. Yung score ko bumaba lang ng .5 sa listening and tumaas ng .5 sa speaking. Both reading and writting ko same (acad and GT). And they say that the difference between the two is reading and writting task 1. Point ko, kung talagang merong difference yung dalawa, dapat iba rin ang listening and speaking sessions or questions. Personal ko lang na opinyun ito ha, dapat talaga tinanggap na rin nila yung academic ko, since ang purpose lang naman talaga ng IELTS eh para may independent body na mageevaluate ng english knowledge ng isang immigrante. Kasi, before naman sila lang ang neageevaluate thru written explanation and interview. Haaaaayyyy!!! La lang, naglabas lang ako ng sama ng loob ko. Pasensya na po.

i have to agree with you on this carl..medyo tumaas yung over all band score ko nang .5. Bumaba din ang listening and speaking ko nang .5.tumaas lang ang writing ko nang 2..same lang reading ko.although i have a relatively high score.i was expecting something more..nonetheless,mukhang wala nanaman tayo choice at the moment but to wait.. mine nga next week pa ma ssend nang agency ko..

I understand what you feel,Doc.Dapat accepted yon Acad para nman,I can hit 3 birds
in one stone.Since we talk about ielts,I remember before,na hirapan tlga ako magdecided kung magGT or Acad,kung mag Acad ako,mgagamit ko sa iba.However,So far,i am on the right track nman kahit magastos,wlang choice.Starting next week,at least,ma busy nman ako for Acad.Masyado pa nman akong mahina sa graph at flow chart!

Bumaba din ang listening and speaking ko nang .5.tumaas lang ang writing ko nang 2..same lang reading ko.although i have a relatively high score.i was expecting something more..nonetheless,mukhang wala nanaman tayo choice at the moment but to wait.. mine nga next week pa ma ssend nang agency ko..
