Hi urbinajanice/westpoint/evryone:

I've got the MR na. kanina, 7am namin d2 sa Oman (about 11am phil time) I called my wifey na magfollowup sa post ofiz in caloocan after nia maihatid ung unica hija namin. wala daw sa PO pero after an hour, bigla sia tumawag. naihatid naraw sa haws ung MR. nagkasalisi sila ng postman hehehe! baka d2 nako sa Oman magpapamedical, and sila na jan sa pinas. for those who are patiently waiting for PERs/MRs, stay KOOL kasi mabilis namia ang Manila VO. Lizz, ganyan din feelings ko nung nakakabasa ako ng mga recent status ng mga nauna sakin (sa ibang forum na di ako member). sabi nga ng lolo ko dati, ang buhay daw para daw Tour of Luzon (Marlboro Tour)... unahan lang sa finish line at ung pagkuha ng yellow jersey. hahaha! pero para dikayo mainip, keep urself busy nalang sa ibang bagay like magworkout/exercise, magtanim ng plant, magfishing, etc. in that way di nio mamamalayan parating na ung mga PERs/MRs nio. pray hard!

Yep, this morning I planted some plants, but can't go fishing, aquarium po eh ;D

I got a letter from CEM today pero wala pa MR.. Pinapa-update mga forms ko since me additional dependent ako (new baby), submit ng nbi, at payment for RPRF.

They sent the letter on Feb 17...

Congrats! The fact that you are requested to pay the Permanent Resident fee is becoz they are ready to accept you!

hi westpoint,

from what I understand from the illustration, the PA becomes the spouse & the spouse becomes the applicant in the 2nd form then the parents of the spouse follows as well as the brothers & sisters of the spouse in the 2nd form, right? in the 1st form its the PA's name in the applicant's box then the spouse name then the PA's parents followed by the PA's brothers & sisters. in short, mag interchange yun name nila PA & spouse in the 2 forms kasi nga the applicant's box there does not only refer to the PA but also the other members of the family in which they are also considered secondary applicants, am I right? thanks.

Whew! It's been a hot issue regarding THE ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION...... I perfectly understand ladyk, Dr. Hasib, westpoint and annjay's opinion and concerns. I am settled to submit 3 forms (1 for me as the PA, 1 for my spouse which later will become the PA on his form and another 1 is for our daughter who turned 18 last year) >>>> In this portion??? where will be the name of my daughter falls, as the applicant??

BUT........ my agency is only asking me for 1 form with my signature. :'( ??? : what's going on??? ;D Anyway i reviewed all the guidelines, links etc. I will insist to submit 3 forms anyway.

Just bear with us forum mates........

u bet this is confusing, and even if we have an agency it doesn't follow that what they say is correct, sometimes mali din gawa nila w/c makes us feel na mas alm pa natin kung ano dapat gawin...

what i did was this: only the PA is always written as PA, the spouse always the spouse, kahit pagpalitin pa siya ng pwesto sa Section A, ist line or 2nd line, PA = PA*, spouse = spouse*, so with the 18yo child = son/daughter* no need for them to be written down as PA in their form**

pano po siya madi determine ng reviewing officer? under Section D po. if it is the PA's form, he/she signs it. if it is the spouse's form, he/she signs it. so with the 18yo child, siya po ang signatory sa section D. ;D

hay naman naman... wala pa nadeliver sa agency namin na letter kaya go na ako sa post office.. kaasar pa ang aming agency kasi nakukulitan na sa kakatawag ko...

sabi sa kin "maam kakabigay lang ng letter nyo. within 6 months pa ang medicals"...
sabi ko "eh may nakapagpa-medical na nga eh and mga ibang kasabayan ko may letter na rin"...
then, "sorry maam, wala pa sila email"...
sagot ko, "thru snail mail nga nila padala kaya ako nagfafollow-up"

naku, they need to join this forum... di ko naman masisi kasi dahil nga bago pa lang yung ruling... so lahat tayo even the agencies/consultants have no concrete idea what to expect next..
