Hi! I would like to inquire regarding sa DMP mo, coz I had myself scheduled with them for next week, but I did not indicate sa secretary which one sa kanila, how about you? Sila na lang ba ang nag choose on the day na pumunta ka?

AND also, what COURIER & size of envelope did you use to send your RPRF,PCC requirements? Was it in PESO yung RPRF mo? & what did you include in your envelope along with the RPRF & PCC ( did you make a letter)?

LASTLY, which address did you send it? thru the PO BOX address or the other one sa RCBC PLAZA?

hi envogue, ang secretary lng nag schedule if sino mag med sa inyo. all u have to do is register upon arival sa clinic nila. pero pareho lng nman sila nice.. sa rprf.. we sent it peso managers check together with our pcc. we made a letter informing our attachments. we sent it sa rcbc na addres thru DHL.God bless.. 9x12 na brown envelop ang ginamit namin

hey guys! just a few queries... pag magpapamedical ba, tatanungin sa yo kung nahospitalize ka na? if yes, ano kelangan ipresent? do you think kelangan ko pa ideclare na nahospitalize yong baby ko dahil sa rota virus? nasa states kami nun and dahil kararating lang namin at wala kami health insurance, nagpatulong kmi sa social worker para konti lang babayaran namin. does this matter? salamat sa inyong lahat!

yung sa AGE puedeng hindi na, yung sa CS mo hingi ka na lang ng hospital record mo na CS lang ang ginawa or MC from your OB na na-CS ka nya.

really kailangan pa hospital record kapag na CS ka? omg! pano un twice ako na CS? magkaibang hospital pa.

Hey guys! I just want to share this, we had our medicals yesterday actually long overdue na nga kasi 30days have past na since we received the medical request kaya lang nung nagpa pre-medical kami we found out na elevated ang SGPT ni hubby kaya nag medication muna siya actually 6weeks nga ung gamutan kaya lang sabi ng doc pwede na daw kahit naka 2weeks na only to find out VDRL at HIV lang ang blood tests na gagawin, sayang ung lumipas na panahon diba pero ok lang natapos na ang medical and all tapos eto ngayon I was informed by Nationwide that I need to repeat my urinalysis kasi daw obvious pa na kakatapos lang ng period ko which was 2weeks ago pa eto i have to wait another week to have another urinalysis tapos kung mag release pa sila sa CEM 2-3weeks di kaya un umabot sa 60days na binigay sa amin? tingin nyo guys?

oo nga, para mabawasan tension. using the remote control kahit once lang. sa visa day =) christopher walken talagang magaling portray roles of the mean/bad/antagonist guy. sya pala si angel of death.

really kailangan pa hospital record kapag na CS ka? omg! pano un twice ako na CS? magkaibang hospital pa.

same po tayo, twice na rin akong na-CS. the first one is 5 years ago sa La Union, and the 2nd naman is dito na sa Pampanga...

Hi! In my opinion, ok lang if a week before, coz I had myself scheduled before, the secretary informed me dapat 4-5 days before nung period hindi raw pwede, & irregular pa naman ako, so I waited talaga na dumating yung period ko para wala nang conflict, na stress talaga ako & na delayed pa... so thank God, dumating na this week & next week yung schedule ko, from what I read in one of the post here before, it should be 7 days after LPM.. So by next week it's already 33 days after nung date of MR..talk about waste of days... hehe,
but ok na rin coz if I pushed thru 2 weeks ago, medyo nag tender na yung breast ko, which happens b4 my period, so para clear na lang, baka upon palpation ma feel nung DMP & para wala ng doubt if cycstic yun or not...

I plan to have a Urinalysis- microscopic 2 days b4 my scheduled medical, para ma sure na wala ng blood makita... hehe...

i had applied fsw1 noc 0213 in 30 aug, 2009. but still i am waiting for medical request. Recently couple of days ago i made general enquiry in which they said my application is in queue for processing. In case is showing "In process". What should i do? Shall i go for case specific enquiry or CAIPS NOTES? which one I should go first? Mine is buffalo, ny to new york visa office transferred.

In my case, nagpa-medical kami 1 week before the expected date my period, so far di nman ako tinext ng nationwide for a repeat urinalysis. Balak ko talaga 7 days after my last period kaya lang natagalan bago dumating yung MR.
