rudolf nagpost ako nyan about kahapon..may naka experience nyan sa international thread..sabi nya naginquire daw sya sa cio thru mail pro ang reply sa kanya is..di daw binabalik ng cio ang mga papers na nassess nila na lacking ang points.. ang binabalik lang ay ung mga documents na from the start kulang ng documents..

may nabasa ako before sa international thread din, yung ginawa nila nagrequest sila ng another copy ng ielts sent to their employer's address but they are not from pinas, I think India, so if you're currently employed, try mo kaya pasend sa employer mo at dun mo kunin

eh in my case eh failed/refused na nga, so sana nga ibalik na nila...share nyo na lang guys kun meron kau alam na story na naibalik yun docs.

hello guys, ask ko lang sana if meron nakaexperienced nito,

denied application namin last march,then according dun sa agent namin based in canada na nareturned na raw sa kanila yun bankdraft namin but w/ out the documents...is this possible na hindi sabay ireturn yun docs & BD?kun ano ano na tuloy naisip namin, na baka iniipit nila(agency) yun docs, kasi they're still convincing us na irereapply nila sa july.guys dun sa mga previously refused ganito rin ba xeperience nyo?

Our application was refused on March 22, 2011, as well. On what grounds were they basing the refusal of your app? Did the letter also say something about Subsection 75? Kasi sabi ng consultanct ko, they give out a standard form of refusal letter at hindi daw specific sa isa-isa.

I don't know how and when they will give us full refund or return our docs. In our case, we will find ways to come up with new copies esp with IELTS. If im not mistaken, you can let your agency request a copy of it at the IDP instead of you.

Subsections 87.3(2)-(3) - that's the one i saw in our refusal letter.I didn't not provide sufficient evidence that i performed the actions
described in the lead statement for the occupation daw. We have plans of reapplying, yun nga the saddest part is di pa nila return yun original docs. kasi yun original employment cert is nandun din.I'll ask na lang if possible makarequest yun agency nun IELTS copy.Ikaw what's your plan na? ???

@ ianne_BP - I agree with @ lizz... nasa sa iyo kung ano ang priorities mo and kung ano sa tingin mo ang mas importante for you and your family... in the end ikaw ang magweweigh kasi ang daming considerations..

- crime rate
- support system

JPMA i remember pinoy was referencing to her letter na not mentioned un docs niya na irireturn pa...saken din kasi di minention abt docs...but it was a forwarded msg from my agent, so i was gonna ask pinoy kung forwarded lang din ba sa kanya ng agent na un...kasi if it is, then it is possible that it has been edited, that the portion abt returning docs were deleted.

me nabasa kasi akong sample letter in case of refusal due to not meeting min. reqmts, or due to lack of points, or due to non submission of required docs w/in 120 days etc.. kung ano ung format at content...it was mentioned there sa sample format that docs will be returned and that refund will be given back after 8-12 weeks.

tas pag nareciv to ng mga agent natin e makikiusap that we still retain their services at re apply ka pa ulit huwaattt???!!! for me, kung alam mo na rin naman pasikot sikot u better apply on ur own na lang kesa iretain servcs nila tas para ka lang kumuha ng bato na ipupukpok mo sa ulo mo, ikaw pa mahihiya mag inquire when u paid them???

ask ko lang, i was renewing my nbi clearance sa megamall, na-hit ako so pinapunta ako sa victory mall, monumento. After ko pumunta sa nbi validation section this morning, tinake ulet picture ko and then at 2.30pm today babalik daw ako. haizzt. ganun po ba talaga pagna-hit. sigurado na ba na makuha ko yon at mabigay sa akin ang clearance nakalagay No derogatory records? wala naman akong alam na may kaso ako sa nbi.

ang alam ko ibig sabihin ng HIT, me kapangalan ka and they are verifying whether kung me record ung kapareho ng name mo or both kayo e clear...ako me hit din, at di same day nakukuha mga after couple of days pa kaya pd na rin yan kung the same day ma gets mo sa u... ;D
