Yesterday, I received an email from Visa Office to submit and update my application after I have informed them of the additional member of the family and employment changes. Just like Kimwayne, I guess medyo delay din Medical request. Anyway, ok lang na madelay basta kasama ko buong family ko papuntang Canada. he he he

Still no change sa E-cas ko. RBVO pa rin. kelan kaya ito magiging in process?

oo nga.. nakakastress maghintay.. hopefully smooth ang process natin.. 3 days ago rbvo e-cas ko.. sana in process ka na bukas para next na yung sakin.. ;D

No.. No other correspondence after the 2nd AOR, just a change in ecas to DM and yes there was a breakdown of points

No mention about refunds, but it should be from our point of view, if the applicant didn't really reached the required points, the decision should have been made at the CIO and not at VO. They really have lapses and its the applicants that suffer. I just hope they would retract their decision, its a 50% chance. When they retract it, it means they are accepting their incompetence too and will affect their reliability, so it has a ego effect on the CEM. I just hope they are humanitarian.

i though CIO ang ultimate assessor ng application natin.. pero meron talagang cases na nababago result pagdating sa VO.. sana from the very start NER na kesa super umasa ka pa tapos wala din..

What happened???? i've been out for the weekend and i am reading a "not so good news". while we're (westpoint, ann_jay, cherbel and i) very busy filling up the forms for us to submit our returned docs the soonest possible time and hoping that we will be joining the timeline eh parang bumababa ang power ng VO ah. We have to invite good force so that the Manila VO will be energized again...... Dear Forum mates, GET UP and GOOOOOOO. Lord have mercy on us.

AMEN to that Cap. Nakakawalang gana na pag minsan Pero habang wala pa yung decision letter, Go pa rin ang buhay (crossing fingers and waiting for the MR instead of that decision letter). Yung 2nd AOR ng iba, took almost a month na wala pa rin sa kanila. Parang kakaibang aftershock eto ha!

I always believe that if it's for you then it is really meant for you. He will grant it, in his own perfect time. Let's continue praying friends.

Halos pareho pla plan natin, yung husband ko non-accompanying sya. pero after mareceiv namin medical request gusto ko na syang accompanying parent. so nagsubmit ako ng affidavit/declaration ng accompanying parent na sya. after 1 week, VO called me up and asked some questions why the change of decision. sinabi ko ang totoo na our first priority is family and my kids need a father especially during their adjustment in canada. grabe ang kaba ko while talking to the VO. inaapprove naman ng VO right there and then pero ang dami daming questions about marital problems. VO asked for clarifications and was confirming that we are not separated. Hindi kami separated of course. kaya if i were you magdecide ka na na isama mo kasi katakot takot na tanong nila at justification ang gagawin mo. Congrats!

I check my ecas once a week every wednesday and so far same pa rin. Nginginig pa bago maopen.. hehehe ;D

Guys! The long wait is finally over and done with. Today after exactly 2 weeks of receiving my 2nd AOR, I got a letter from snail mail from the designated immigration officer, Mr. J. Tan-Go. The letter basically had something to do with his JD (job description) and yes he is not satisfied thus application was refused.


It isnt a glitch from the ecas, as I hope it would be.

Do you have any idea how long it takes for them to return our application and re-apply again?

westpoint, sa letter ko bah..ala nakaindincate na kelan irereturn docs and ung sa payment ko..

mga foum mates.. ala paring reply ang CIO sa fax at email ko..natanggap kaya un nila?

haay naku ano ba yan, sana from cio pa lang nakapag decide na at sana yung cem pag approve na sa cio di na nila pakialaman, kakainis na kakalungkot

anyway zakoy, nurse ka naman, for sure, kasama pa din yan sa new nocs sa july, for now make an effort na makuha mo ielts result mo or get a new one and prepare all docs with revised jd then submit agad sa july

sorry to hear that.... did they mention the reason/s or details for the refusal?is there any chance na bka nagkamali lang sila ng basis? baka pwede mo sila i-send ng explanation letter then ask for a reconsideration.
