Hi there. ganyan din narecive ko. as of now tinawagan kami ng agency namin telling that our papers were refused kc kulang ang documents proving that I worked as a private duty nurse. Hindi ko din alam bat alam na ng agency eh wala pa kami nareciv sa email na narefuse papers namin. hay. nakakadepress talaga. bakit ngaun lang nirefuse at naencash na nila yun pera.

Hi marjay! Let's just pray na hindi pa talaga final ung sinabi ng agent mo wala pa naman ung letter sayo ng vo diba? Tsaka bakit naman nila nasabi na di enough ung docs mo? ilang years ka ba pdn? na-interview ba nila employer mo? let's just cross our fingers na lang na at the end something positive will happen pa rin.

Hi, paki update naman ng spreadsheet natin please. ;D My agent received my MR, RPRF, NBI request (akala ko nabigay ko na NBI hindi pa pala ) yesterday March 25, 2011, dated March 16,2011.

Totoo, for those na wala pang MR maghanda talaga kayo for interview, you'll never know what can happen.

hehe, sila nagsulat nyan ha di galing sa akin yan, dahil sa kakaantay ng progress ng docs ng mga old applicants before pinagtripan mga vo

sabi nila, etong mga VO sila nagrereview ng mga docs natin at yung for interview sila din nag iinterview

sabi nila, antagal super ni FES pero mabait naman daw, isang applicant dito si Fes nag interview sa kanya
si MRU naman super bilis mag process, if same kayo under kay MRU sunod sunod mga updates

pero hindi iisa ang ang VO until visa issuance, after MR iba naman, then sa PPR ibang vo naman, parang may rotation sila

My God nakakalungkot naman nyan! Sinabi kaagad yun ng agent mo? Eh pano nila alam na nirefuse ka na wala pa naman letter? I emailed my lawyer in Canada regardng this ang sabi nya eh ganito:

"Hi. I have not received anything so I am not in any position to start guessing. The on line status is vague so “decision” can be anything.it does necessarily mean a refusal or visa issuance."

So di na muna ako nag assume na refused talaga. Not unless may letter sila binigay. Girl, we still have next week. Baka magbago pa pala ang ECAS diba? Who knows? The only thing that we can do right now is pray. Keep on praying.

Originally plan talaga namin sa Nationwide kaso sabi nila mabagal magrelease ng results eh minsan daw lampas 1month na kaya pinagiisipan pa namin 2nd week of April kami pa medical under meds pa si hubby eh.

hi everyone! sana that DM thing appearing in ecas before MR is just a bug. the vo could've asked for additional documents or appear for an interview if they are not satisfied with what you presented in your application. here's wishing everyone here to achieve our maple leaf dream!

up to now still some reviewing and have some confusions...

1.) ano po ang ilalagay ko if up to current may job ka...or any activity that you have is still on going?
should i leave it blank na lang or shall i type the date today before i mail it...
gets nyo po ba yung question ko?

2.) did you submit actual employment cert or certified true copies only?

3.) All caps po ba ginawa nyo pag prinint sa computer or not?

seems i get more paranoid checking and checking...
tips pls and views,seniors pls help me. :

that's odd. di ba ang nakalagay sa per is that it is final (positive final determination of eligibility, if im not mistaken). ang naisip ko lang na maging reason for denial after per is kung may major problem sa medicals at kung may criminal record ka. at kung na-determine nila na fake yung docs na sinubmit mo.

cic din ako, pero di ko rin ma gets bat alam na nila ang reason, naka cc tayo sa lahat ng email from cem eh, or di kaya may na receive sila thru post? ask mo sila if may na receive nga silang letter, coz refusal letter is sent thru post office daw, and sa case natin na under cic, lahat ng mga snail mails, sa kanila isesend hindi direct sa atin though naka cc tayo sa email, yung address nga natin sa ecas address ng cic main branch

at di ko pa rin ma gets, kasi grabe na nga documentation ng cic, after nito may quality assurance check kaekekan pa, pero kulang pa rin yung docs mo? dito nga tumagal papers natin sa kanila dahil sa metikulusong pagchecheck nila di ba? tapos may kulang pa pala

Friends, check this out: March 26 nagpamedical, then results will be forwarded to New Delhi embassy on March 28. The big, big, big question in my mind is why it took almost a month for NHS to forward our results to CEM?

sa kay dr santos nga sa cebu, 2 days send na nila, minsan pag request mo send on the same day, pede din, may member dito na same day sinend yung results nya kay dr santos kasi nirequest nya
siguro may ibang procedure lang ang nationwide na kung sino mga doctor ang magrereview ng results

In Process po ako. I just want to ask if you don't mind, wala ka pa rin MR but Decision Made na rin sa ecas? And di ba sa CIO tinitingnan yung documents sa exp? Kung dun pasado ka na bkit yun ang dahalin ng agency mo?

tama sabi nga nila kaya mabilis ang processing ngayun since work ng vo background check at security check na lang, although minsan nga viverify pa rin nila yung work experience mo

2) originals meron and the rest CTCs by lawyer notarized. originals yata are Employment certs,
IELTS, NBI, bank statements, transcripts. i think yun lang, cant remember.

3) avoid using all caps.
