Actually I emailed the rep last night Lizz and I wasn't very satisfied with his reply

I emailed the VO just now (haha.. kuleet!), kung sasagutin nila email ko then good
Kung hindi naman, I'll just have to wait for whatever na darating sa akin. :

sis parang direct pala sa applicant yung MR, kasi tinanong kung yung iba na same agency, direct daw sa kanila though yung main address sa application form namin nakalagay sa agency then sa residential, address na namin, so I think pag MR deretso na ng cem sa applicant, update mo ako pag nagreply cem sayo ha, ask ko pa din iba na under cic kung ano case nila, I'm expecting mine kasi na sa agency namin, yun pala dito na sa post office, at least alam natin saan tayo mag followup

depende sa agreement niyo ng agency, in my case all correspondences goes to them kaya me pinirmahan na authority to receive info form 5476 yata un? kung sa canada ang base ng agency mo at un ang naka address then malaman dun babagsak un. kung kelan naman darating sa u e depende how ur agency is going to send it to u, vial dhl? fedex? snailmail? i suggest u contact ur agency...

As soon as makuha ko yung MR ko (Tatawagan ko post office namin dito sa Davao kung may pinadala sa kanila from Manila VO) post ko kaagad dito

Actually I'm planning to apply for Immigrant Visa, I attended a consultancy firm and the cost is P107,000++ excluding the IELTS testing fee.

I wanted to hear from you guys if I just have to lodge my application directly or do I need to have a representative.

Please, I need advise.

Hello, ianfidel...... you will save a lot of money if you do things on your own ..... just make sure that you read and understand all the instructions thru the site....... in case of doubt, DO NOT hesitate to ask us here at the forum...... that's what we are here for, right guys?! ;D

@ianfidel - we have an agency and we paid 40K in total BUT I realized it would have been a great saving for us if we did it on our own. It was late when I found out about this forum. That 100K is quite big. I wonder the extent of the services they will provide you. What if you try to do it on your own first then judge later on if you will still need a consultant my consultant gave me a checklist which I can share plus there is a checklist posted in Citizenship Immigration Canada which you should really refer to.

We are here to guide you din naman. Everyone is generous in sharing kaya makaka-asa ka sa amin

Hello ianfidel.............. welcome to the forum. They are right in suggesting not to get a consultant. Everybody here is generous to give their advices and share their experiences. I for one, made a mistake in hiring the expertise of a consultancy to make my papers move faster and yet para bang ako pa ang nagmamakaawa na gawin ang documents ko. I thought, since they have this "document analyst" would somehow help me BUT (again) nagsisi ako.

I still have my original documents with me..... and NOW i am thinking not to continue with their services :'( :'( :'(

They gave me a list of docs to be submitted, i can share this to you as well. The presentation and even for the paper to be used Tingnan natin kung di mag less ang clients nila.

Seriously, change PA na kami, eto ang update ko at sabi ko sa agency kong walang kwenta ipadala sakin payment form (atleast dun man lang e makuha ko pabalik sa bulsa ko right away...ang pang processing fee namin ;D Ako ang magmi mail para sure na lamn ng mail pa CIO e documents ko...

I told papable galingan ang ielts, Ako na gagawa lahat, ireview niya lang ung jd (Tutferi, ladyK, at mga kasamang dentista, patulong po sa jd ha ) eto na ang next career ko and im beginning to love it ;D ang pinagpipilian niyang date is april 2 or 16...hay sana di pa puno cap ng dentist....

Cebu has 3 DMPs on the list sent by CEM and they all have the same address (Rm 302, Jose Borromeo Bldg, Capito Site, Cebu City)..... I did not get the name of the DMP kasi I was concentrating on sa "question and answer" portion ng mga kids ;D ... she was the lone DMP sa clinic at that time and on the course of my PE, she mentioned that she was "new" as DMP kasi the previous DMP had already migrated to CANADA...... true to their word, our final medical report was sent a day before our 2nd week time line.... they have a holding period of two weeks daw for them to send the report to CEM.....
