hello, lizz..... we had our MR sa clinic ni Dr. Vanessa Ann Larida, the first name sa list of DMPs sa Cebu..... but I think she was not the one who did the MR kasi nai-kwento nung Doctor (as we do the Physical Exam) na pumalit sya sa dating DMP in that clinic kasi 'yung dati nasa Canada na raw, nag migrate din.... then I saw her ID and parang hindi Dr. Larida.... if I remeber it right, I think it starts with the letter C.... anyway, mabait siya especially with our kids.... with regards to the immunizations, I asked my kids' pedia for a medical certificate indicating the immunizations pero ang hiningi sa clinic is a photocopy only of the immunization records sa baby book....pina handwritten lang nya ang pangalan nga mga anak ko for their corresponding photocopied immunization record.....

tnx sis, sa nationwide ka pala, plano kasi namin sa cebu doc yung ky dr. santos at mabilis sila magforward ng results, if wala daw problem in 2 days forward na nila minsan yung isang forumer same day naforward meds nya sa cem, disadvantage lang kasi it will take 2 days daw pag sa kanya since yung PE at lab separate sya bale today PE then kinabukasan pa yung lab tests, then super dami daw ng tao unlike sa nationwide na unti lang

so sa amin dun na lang kami ky dr santos importante yung mabilis magforward sa cem

with immunization records ganun na din gawin ko yung sa form para na talaga yun sa admission sa school sa canada na

Hey Doc Carl galing ako ngayon sa hospital nakakuha naman ako sa doctor ng pathology report and certificate kaso handwritten lang I tried to ask the madical record office to computerize it to make it formal para may letterhead hay naku ayaw nung clerk yun na daw yun nilagyan lang dry seal. May nabasa kasi ako sa iba na may sinusunod na format daw ang DMP when it comes to medical certificate/clearance dapat di daw handwritten ???, totoo ka yun! Sana lang di na ko kunan ng clearance pag-time naming mag-medical para less hassle.

May patient ako dati ma inisyuhan ko ng MC for canada rin sya and butcher yung work nya, handwritten yung mc na binigay ko pero may letterhead naman nung hospital, as far as I know hindi sya bumalik para ipa computerize and I presume na nasa canada na sya. Pina dry seal din nya dun sa hoapital yung MC.

okay. so what is the difference between the previous passport with this new one? except of course for the color since the old one is green while the new one is red/maroon. why it is called an epassport?

doc carl, ang dextro scoliosis ba big issue sa medical? may dextro scoliosis kc yung husband ko, pero he's fine naman parang wala lang..

as far as I know hindi, kasi hindi naman sya mag cocause ng excessive demand sa government ng canada, ako din nga meron din. Ang balak ko humingi ng certification sa Orthopedic surgeon before ako pa medical. par hindi na sila manghingi pa ng kung anu anu pa.

Lets all pray din na hindi magkaron ng ganun kalakas na lindol dito sa pinas..hindi naman sa minamaliit ko technology natin dito sa pag gawa ng mga building, ang kinatatakot ko is yung corruption na posibleng nangyari sa pagtayo nung mga building natin. And maeexpose lang yun pag me nangyari, pag nangyari naman yun eh syempre possibleng maraming buhay din mawala. Tapos pag nagkasuhan na aabutin pa ng syam syam then pagdating and sa sobrang tagal minsan nadidismiss na rin. haaaaayyyy!!! Kaya talagang kailangan natin ng dasal.

Ask ko lang kung ung NBI clearances nio may nakaaffix na DRYSEAL... dont know what that dry seal is. yung nakalagay na Purpose: For Canadian Immigration. ang andun lang kasi sakin parang Barcode lang... thank u!

that's what i've heard also... i already have my 2nd aor, hopefully MR next week, although Dr. Santos takes two days... yet they send the results much quicker,2 days- a week from a forum that I read before... the grandmother of my boyfriend had her medicals w/ Dr. Santos last October, she had the labs on the 1st day,then PE on the next day. First ang labs, so that if may abnormalities, you could have it repeated from what I read, & mabait naman daw ang DMP. Although, hassle lang coz i'm not from cebu & I'll have to stay there for 2-3 days, but I guess worth it naman pag mabilis. & Yes, andaming tao daw dun, coz aside from nagpapamedicals, he has patients as well who goes to the clinic... well God bless to us

I just checked my NBI personal copy, which stated that THIS CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED FOR VISA CANADA, my personal copy has no dry seal in it, but I remembered that the copy that I sent to CIO has a dry seal in it...

what's a snailmail?

congratulations to those who received their PER.. :-*

snailmail is the mail we received from our Post office. it is so called snailmail becoz our post office takes a long long time to deliver our mail while a snail walks very slowly...hence the term snailmail....very slow movement of delivery of mail by our post office ;D ;D

dapat ganun. wala kasi ako natatangap, and the embassy told us pinadala na raw nila. so i went to the post office. sabi ng post office, wala raw.

so i sent an email to canadian embassy, saying na baka nawala na, and suggested that if i pick up instead. so yun, tinawagan ako, then pinick up ko nalang sa embassy.

can't really depend sa snail mail naten...

hi guys... quick question lng about the snail mail of MR... coz ive read sa new 2nd AOR that i got recently. na courier collect na daw ang nakalagay... so im confused.. who usually delivers our MR.. is it the Post office or DHL.. for those who know ... thank you very much....

from my understanding courier collect means we pay the courier instead of the CEM paying them. CEM sorted to that coz post office delivers the mail so slowly and it takes time, a long time for them to deliver it that when u receive it ur near the expiration of ur MR, if not, it has already expired...
