Found an interesting publication on CIC website that is a guide to CIC staff on processing our applications that could potentially give some insider perspective on how our apps are processed. Thought might be interesting for you guys as well:

Hello Tomneversfield, how's your application going? Where's the spread sheet for outlanders?

Hey ETE... nothing since BG started on 11/25... should get my GCMS notes in about two weeks. Hopefully I'll find some good/promising indicators there and no harsh language.
I had to remove the link to the FSW Outland spreadsheed from my signature as I ran out of characters. You can find it in this thread, first page (second post).
Any updates from your side?

I used this site
http://gcmsnow.com/
Cost $23

They sent me the consent form to sign/scan the same day i made the order, so my initial impression is that they're good.. I'll let you know when I receive the notes in about 2 weeks (or hopefully earlier).

Good luck! Order yours asap.

Thanks tomneversfield. I'm also ordering GCMS notes now. Will share once I receive the notes.

There was some speculation on the processing of Syrian Refugee files. CIC says the following in a tweet

Syrian refugee files are being processed by our VOs in Beirut, Amman and Ankara.
