i have a hotmail id and have got msgs like " My account has an update" when i passed my medical and also when CIC reverted on my visa office query.. i don't think it should be a problem. You can also change your registered email id through mycic. hope this helps..

I really don't think Accra handles any PR for now my application is also London and they are very slow if you see the trend some people are waiting for more than 145 days. My Aor is April 1st BG - NA since 6th of June

@Jag13, Accra still handles PR amongst other categories of visas. London used to be fast, I am quite optimistic, soon they will pick up once again..

@Jag13, Accra still handles PR amongst other categories of visas. London used to be fast, I am quite optimistic, soon they will pick up once again..

I am not saying they do not if you look at my text I wrote for NOW anyway I may be wrong but most get PPR from Ottawa or London for now. Although since they use to be fast lets wait and hope they pick up.

hmm so I'm a bit confused. Received my PPR email early this morning (UK time), but as of yet my CIC account has not updated.

The problem is, I'm visa exempt, and as such I have to upload my my passport page and the PPR letter online. But I cant as the account has not updated!

Also I have no idea why I would need to a) upload my passport bio page when I had to already do that as part of my application, so they already have it, and b) upload the letter they themselves sent me, which they obviously have a copy of... (the photos of course I will need to mail to them, but won't do so until I can update the online system).

Anyone have any idea if this is normal? Should I expect an update soon in my CIC account?

We have the same problem. There's nowhere to upload anything.

Have asked the question elsewhere but so far no response. The best info I could find was to fill out a webform but haven't looked yet.

I'm hoping its just a delay in the online system being updated. If nothing updates over the weekend I'm going to call the London Visa Office on Monday. Or I may just go visit them as its near my work..

Will post an update when I have one!
