No no, many applicants get UCI and IP1 initiated before medicals.

Dont want to be negative, but have any of you come across people who have got rejected after 70+ days and know the reason as well?

Yes.. anyone who gets rejected during A11.2 stage, will get rejection/procedural letter after 70 days.. Some get after 100+ days too. the possible reasons could be:

1) Officer not satisfied with duties provided in the reference letter for claimed NOC
2) Misrepresentation of something.. hiding international travels, visa refusals etc.
3) Choosing incorrect NOC
4) Doubts regarding usage of funds in proof of funds
5) Forged documents

R10 which happens around medicals pass is just like a check list verification. True adjudication happens only after that.

If you have UCI then I guess other aspects of your file are being processed like R10. Medical pass should follow.

So they process everything in parallel? I thought they first made sure there were no red flags with medicals before proceeding with the rest of the analysis.

In my case, there is a risk of medical inadmissibility. I thought they wouldn't move onto anything else until that was sorted out.

It takes 6 hours-7 days for most, in some cases might extend upto 15 days also.

Something happened with my file today.

Previously, it said, "The additional docs you provided are being reviewed."

Just now it changed to "We don't need additional docs."

However, there was no any notification, and also the dashboard didn't have any change, i.e. application for PR 'submitted' only. Previously, whenever there was a change in status, it used to be 'Updated' instead of 'submitted'.

God (also IRCC) knows what's happening there.

Yeah I understand that. Actually like rest of the others I am worried about eligibility, so please if you may inform me about following-
1) When was your eligibility started after AOR/R10 and how long it took? What was specifically checked?
I read a set of GCMS of some other applicant and he stated that every small detail like full time permanent employee, work hours, salary etc. was specifically ticked by the case analyst i.e whether the reference was clearly mentioning those things or not.
So I am asking details of eligibility check in that sense here.

2) Like legalfalcon just told about the last updation date, as you ordered your notes in June, So did they contain updates of july also or only till the date you ordered? Like what was the latest update date on them?

Like @KiranK said, i have bombarded you with questions, hope I made sense up there, i would really appreciate your help here. Will help put my mind at ease.

@comfortablynumb yess I would like to know do our profile updates regarding "IP1 and IP2" really match with their processing or they start R10 a lot sooner before any profile updates happen? Same question for "IP2"?

Now I'm seriously jealous of that guy!
