FSW Express Entry Program From INDIA

Hi
I live in INDIA and have completed master of science in microbiologist and would come to Canada based on express entry program.
how much IELTS Score is required to get selected for express entry program from India?
Do i need educational credentials assessment done for it? Do i need employer letter from canadian employer? I have 2 years experience in my field. will it be enough for Express entry program?

Ielts. Clb 9 atleast .... Listening 8,speaking, reading , writing 7
All education should be evaluated by WES or other IRCC authorised agency
Work experience ... Minimum 1 year in one NOC ( title)
