Guys, I need a suggestion.

My situation:

I have more than 10 years of experience in a profession that falls under noc B and that is eligible to FSW cathegory.

I have a permanent full time job offer in a skilled trade (noc B) in which I have some experience but less than 2 years.

Can I apply under FSW even if my job offer is in a skilled trade?

If yes, what CLB score I need to have (I have work experience in noc B and the job offer is noc B as well)?

Please, help me to clarify my doubts...

FSW is about to end in few days. If you are planning to start documentation now, then it is too late.
CIC is launching "Express Entry" from January which will replace FSW. Please visit CIC website to read detailed requirements for this program.

Best of luck.

I have seen your post for a while, but I was hoping someone else could help you, because I am clueless what you are asking about.

Anyway, I'm curious if your job offer also has a Labour Market Impact Assessment (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp?expand=arranged#arranged) ? If yes, then you are eligible to apply under FSW. (If you cannot get your application by the end of this month, you would have to apply under Express entry.) If no, then see the previously mentioned link to see if you exempt. NOC Skill level B is OK.

You need a minimum of CLB 7 in each of four parts (unless you are going to claim French as your first language) See here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-language.asp

You must meet the minimum level of CLB 7 for your first official language in all four language areas.

I fall into PNP so my employer does not need a LMIA.
For sure I will not be able to apply with the old rules, anyway the problem seems to be the same also with Express Entry, due to the fact that EE applicants (under PNP) need to match also the federal requirements...

I'm curious what requirement you are not matching? i.e. What federal requirement you cannot fulfill? Is it your CLB score or what?

Hi, I have several years of experience in three NOC (0, A, B) due to the fact that (unfortunately) I am almost 40..

For a strange situation I got a job offer as a cook (so, NOC B) in which (unfortunately again) I have less than 2 years of experience.

That being said, if I am not wrong , I do not fulfill the requirements of the federal skilled trades program due to the lack of experience);
about the FSW the situation is a little bit more complicated: I have the experience but my job offer is not related to my previous experience... formally it seems to be an issue, what do you think?

Seems like you would be a good candidate for the Express Entry Program. If your employer obtains a LMIA you would have 600 points.

Good luck!

I'm sorry I am not sure about your case. I always thought the FSW was for 50 occupations they had listed. If you had more than a years worth of experience in any of those, you can apply. Anyway, FSW would end soon. I think you should try the Express Entry, because you are a good fit esp. if you can get a job offer.

I am not planning to apply with the current rules..
My question raised because, in order to apply with the new ones (EE), the potential candidate need to match the criteria of the current federal rules..

I am not familiar with EE. There is however a separate forum devoted to it: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/express-entry-expression-of-interest-b54.0/ You may have better luck asking your question there. I'm sorry.
