Thanks for sharing! Well we knew pre-COVID that Hamilton had a backlog for applicants awaiting ceremonies. The current situation only compounds it now that they can only accomplish just a few ceremonies a week. I hope they've started group sessions instead of individual sessions so that more...

I believe it is four to connect with with citizenship once you are on the call. If you want to connect with an agent you then press zero and you will be added to the queue of callers waiting to speak with an agent. In the enven that the lines are all tied up you would be invited to call again...

Is your invite for a virtual ceremony?

I don't know their exact timeline, but I know they applied before me and I applied in March 2019. Are you a Hamilton applicant? If so, what is your timeline?

It is not updated on ECAS. Mine weren't and I did them the same week as well. Based on my interaction with IRCC customer service, I was informed of the date which they were received, which was 2 weeks after I did my fingerprints.
