FSW application from the US

I'm new to canadian immigration process and have few question regarding the FSW process .

1) Do we have to mail our applications to Buffalo, NY or Sydney, NS ? (I currently reside in NJ,USA)

2) I fall under NOC 2171 i.e FSW Category 1 and the firm I work has offices in Toronto and Vancouver . So I can transfer to any one of these places, but my company wouldn't sponsor me for canadian work permit ,as they have already sponsored me for H1-B.
How long does it take to process my application if I apply within next the week ?

Any reply would be appreciated .

Thanks for the reply rupesh, I was going to apply under 0213 (Computer and Information Systems Managers). There was page on CIC website where 2171 was listed under 0213 category,but can't find now. I'm adding my wife as dependent on my application. Both of us have done our masters in the US and have been working for 4 yrs and my wife's field is also listed as one of the sectors with labor shortage. But Unforunately she is the primary applicant on the US application, so we don't take any risks with that hence we are applying under my name for canada. Since her field has labor shortage , does it give me any advantage ?

and also, i have around 20 months left on my h1 ..so would I be late if I apply now ? ..

P.S: I was going to apply to alberta but my wife doesn't move there because of the weather.

if your wife' s job description has stronger linkage to 0213, it will be advisable to file Canada FSW under her name.
US and canada processes have no connections, so that should not be a problem. If her employers somehow come to know ( rare chance) then tell them this is a backup option given the current economic situation. You can use the documents from US application for FSW and that way it will be easier also.
