engg, mine also reached AINP in first week of Feb (old process) and have not received file#. we also mentioned in appln. that we have applied for FSW. not sure if they are de-prioritizing AINP appln if FSW is pending. do you also have a FSW application pending ?

rupeshhari, what did the letter have. does it have a new AOR ( different from one from Sydney,NS). I also received a letter saying not to use online CIC to send documents and informing me of the new AOR # ( same # as from Sydney, NS but with three more characters at the end)

Can you ask your supervisor , previous supervisor or some one else in your company to provide the letter ( in official or normal paper) and his/her business card. That may work. also do mention that HR does not officially give job description and hence the other letter. This works for US green...
